Rich's Frozen Custard Oakville

We love this place! Wonderful speaking with the owner that cares for his workers and the community. The workers are very polite, remember who you are, and SUPER fast. The brownie bites are phenomenal! And their cakes! Holy cow! That's worth a trip inside just to check those out!

I have a couple go to places when I visit St Louis and this is one of them. To be honest I would be happy with either Rich's or Ted Drew's. The prices are fair and I never have an issue with service. Even when the place is busy they move the line pretty fast. I don't think I have ever seen the business under staffed. Check them out!

One of the best places for custard! I know everyone raves about Ted Drew’s in Saint Louis and I truly respect that but…..everyone should try this one too, it is really nice, easy to get to, ideal for drive trough and with very competent and lovely service. Must go!

Rich’s has a special place in my heart. From celebratory visits after band concerts and soccer games as a child to introducing my spouse to their custard as my favorite in the St. Louis area, it is a staple to my visits to the area. The service is fast and friendly, and there’s a patio area to enjoy treats. See you next time!

This is definitely THE place to go for frozen custard in the area. Lots of topping options for your treat. There's a drive through and places to sit both inside and outside to enjoy. Everyone working here is always nice and they get the orders out quick.

Some of the best water I've ever drank. It was divine. oh and they also have decent ice cream. Jokes aside. This is the #1 spot for quality inexpensive ice cream. The ice cream is great! I've been going here all my life. Of course there are better tasting/quality ice cream places like Oberwise, but they are way too expensive for just getting some ice cream. Definitely get ice cream here. I promise it's better priced than other places and I'd say it's even better than Ted Drew's.

This is one of my family's favorite places to go to treat ourselves year round. The custard is always so creamy! I love that they offer vanilla and chocolate custard and are willing to make any combination you want. The staff may be young, but they are always courteous and polite.

Cashier was patient when my family was ordering and careful to note our allergies. Ice cream was delicious as always!

Fast friendly service, and a great product with competitive prices. In addition to indoor and outdoor seating, there's a drive through window, and even when there's a line, it moves quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate custard, and my dog went to town on the vanilla (ice cream is an occasional treat for her, so I want it to be a quality product).

One of the best ice cream places in town! Their custard is tasty. I stop here whenever I have a craving for ice cream. This place is a little pricey but I think it is worth it. The service is amazing. All staff are following the current mask mandate.

The custard was good. We sat outside and visited with family.

The employees are so friendly and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. One of the employees sat and made fun conversation with my two young boys about our day. The frozen Custard is delicious and the service is exceptional!

I love this place. The frozen custard tastes amazing and large servings. Everyone is always nice and work quickly. The drive thru is for convenience and worth a little wait. Makes it more feasible to patronize in cold months.

The sheer delight of the custard is unbelievable, I crave it every day. The size of the cups lets you savor it even longer. You cant find better quality work any where else in St.louis. Very good custard. Good service. All I ordered was a dipped cone. However, my daughter ordered a cup of custard with various toppings and said it was delish! Will go back again! They have iced coffee too! 😜

Great service, and great concrete. My daughter and I visit this Oakville staple every other week. The staff is great.

Pleasant staff. Tasty custard. Bathroom was in need of a cleaning as a former patron fouled it up badly. Help did clean it after commenting on it.
