Emerge Design Studio Hair Salon

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon!!! She was so helpful and sweet and took the time to see what would make me feel beautiful. And when I left there, I totally did! (I posted before and after pics below! She totally got my color!)

The staff at Emerge were immediately very friendly and welcoming! It was evident that my stylist, Monet was up to date on the latest hair styles and trends. She carefully made some observations and evaluations of my hair and and made recommendations that would best compliment my appearance. I was very happy with my experience today! I will be returning!

Adela is an awesome hairstylist! She colored my hair and I was allergic to one product and she found another product to use. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The color looks so natural and covers the grays very well. I just love the welcoming atmosphere at this salon and the above and beyond service that I have always received! This was my 3rd visit, I believe and this will be my new go to place! Adela is so attentive and listens to what you need and will put you at ease! I highly recommend!

Adela is an exceptionally talented stylist. She sets your relationship with her up for success right at the beginning by listening to your aesthetic and long term hair goals, making sure to gather any additional clarifying information with pictures to ensure she’s on the same page as you. Her artistry with cut and color after that speaks for itself. She is a genuine, kind person and a pleasure to spend time with. I’ll be thinking of the head massage she gave me when shampooing for quite awhile. 12/10!

My weekend in the Lou started with a trip to Emerge Design Studio. I wanted to replace my frizzy ponytail with something more polished and age appropriate. First time customer. Adela was amazing! A true gem of St. Louis!

She listened to my concerns, looked at my ‘inspiration photos’, analyzed my wild mane from every angle, and laid out a clear plan of attack. The result? The best cut I’ve had in a long while! She’s got some ‘mad skills’ for sure.

She also has heart. Her customer service is excellent—she clearly understands that building trust and rapport is just as important as delivering the right cut.

I’m embarrassed that at my age I don’t have much know how or talent when it comes to doing my own hair, so I had lots of questions. She gave me tips, advice, and even demonstrated tools and technique so I would have success styling on my own.

I really wish I lived here—Adele would be my new stylist for sure. I can’t wait to see Adele and the Emerge Design Studio team when I come back to the Lou in May!

Adela is....wow!! Just wow!!! A talented and absolutely beautiful person inside and out. I feel so fortunate to have found her. My hair can be difficult but she makes it look effortless. She gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. Thank you Adela. Thank you so very much.

Monet was wonderful! I absolutely love my haircut and can not wait to go back in 2 weeks for color.

Monet did a wonderful job. This was my first visit to Emerge. She listened to me and offered suggestions. The cut was well-done, and I could style it the next washing with almost perfection. I will definitely come back. Overall, the studio is clean and well-kept. The staff are most pleasant.

I always love to see Erin! She always does great work and I love chatting with her! We added in coloring this time and I'm am so pleased with the results!

I love getting my hair fixed by Erin! I always feel like a new woman once she finishes my hair. My hair is so thin & fine but she does miracles with it. My hair has never been healthier following Erin’s advice. Erin is also a great listener & has great advice on many things. I just love her! She is such a good person!

What can I say this place is amazing. From front desk with great smile and Colleen my hairstylist, she is knowledgeable, warm personality and she did the balayage perfectly! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place. See you soon!

Colleen is very professional and she gave me a great haircut (medium short hair). She is super nice and welcoming too. Looking forward to many repeat haircuts!

Erin is AMAZING!!! Perfect highlight & decided on layered bangs for the first time in my life. She spent time showing me how to style & made me so comfortable. She is truly amazing!!! Have had other stylists at Emerge Design Studio & they are all amazing & care about your needs/wants. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was ready for a fresh new look and Monet definitely made that happen and then some! The consultation before hand was great and Monet communicated her thoughts and vision perfectly. She listened to my thoughts as well and I really appreciated that. She worked hard and it paid off. She followed through and I am so happy with the results! I'm really excited to have found Monet!

Monet is amazing! I have always been indecisive when it comes to my hair, but after showing her a few pictures/explaining my wants, she knew exactly what to do. Throughout my appointment Monet was delicate with my hair, made sure I was comfortable, and explained each step of the process. My hair looks and feels great—the treatment alone deserves a 5 star review! The cherry on top is that Monet is someone that is so easy to talk to, as if you’ve known her for years. I am so happy to have found a hair stylist close to home & I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!
