This place is one of our faves in Waves! The owner is super nice. The food is really delicious. Every thing is very fresh. Sometimes they have specials like crab cakes or mom’s home made dessert. You should give it a try right away!

Recently ordered Takeout during my trip, it was my second time ordering from Boardwok. The staff is so friendly, the food is great and comes in a generous portion. The best part is they offer veggie dishes (perfect for non-meat eaters like me) and a doggie treat of boiled chicken and rice! Their dog treat side saved me on this trip because my travel-anxious pup was not interested in his regular food--Boardwok was a life-saver! Will order here every time I'm in town!

Food here is very good. Partial to the Seafood Lo Mein and Chicken&Broc. A hidden gem!

The food was super delicious and the portions were generous! I got the chicken Lo mein, my dad got the roasted pork fried rice, and my mom got the grilled sesame tuna. The service was exceptional as it is a family business. Overall, would recommend.

We eat here about twice a month, it has always been the same. Delicious. No complaints. To Jessica's review...don't eat here, but recommends the fried rice :) Also, the menu is posted outside with prices.

The food here was really good. It did take a while but I think that's because the food was made fresh and only by one cook. Overall very nice, clean, and pretty environment!

Don’t pass this small little place up! The food was so good and the amazing woman (who also owns the coffee shop up the street) is simply wonderful. We had a great time and she shared so much about the area with us. Definitely a new yearly stop for us!

all the stir-fried vegetables are fresh. legit local place. NOT cheap chinese food or take out, if that is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place for you. Take the drive to Avon, 20 minutes south.

Small dine in area but the food is LEGIT. Very fresh. Can’t be confident but it tastes like the noodles are done fresh. Wonderful ambiance and the again food, TOP NOTCH.

I've been going here since I was a little kid (20 years) and the food has always been the BEST. Brought my fiance for the first time and he loved it; said that it reminded him of a mom and pop spot he ate at while stationed in Japan! The Brown's run an awesome restaurant; don't drive through Salvo/Waves without planning a meal here!

Our family was craving some noodles and fried rice. We were very pleased. Sydney our server was very sweet and quick.

The food was amazing and the portions were very generous. All while having no wait for seating when every other place was at least 30 minutes. I have NO idea why this place wasn't busier! Will 100% be back - every year from now on!

Walked in and the staff was very nice and inviting. We ordered eggs rolls had real fresh shrimp and ground pork so yummy. My husband order the ribeye steak and it was delicious, I ordered chicken LoMain and it was awesome as well. Will go back again before we leave!!

Our table ordered scallops, lo mein, and chicken & broccoli. All the food was delicious. Our 4 year old happily picked off all our plates. The restaurant it self was nicely kept up and the service was good.

Although the restaurant itself is very small, space-wise, the food was more than satisfactory. The crab cakes, made with lump crab meat, were especially delectable - I was unable to find a crab cake of the same quality in any other restaurant on the island; and I visited a different place every night of my 7-day visit. The atmosphere is both comfortable and intimate but didn't feel forced and the service was very good. I highly recommend Boardwok if you are looking for delicious seafood.

Delicious food! No wait at 6pm on a Friday was a plus. Just the right amount of breading on scallops, filling in crab cakes and batter on shrimp tempura. Left feeling full and my mouth is watering just thinking about the spicey tartar sauce! Service was good. Table could have been wiped cleaner before we were seated.

My husband and I accidentally came across this restaurant while we were driving around.
From the outside it looks like something you probably don’t want eat at. Us being the daring type we opened the door and we were greeted by a beautiful blonde waitress with a smile from cheek to cheek. The interior setting was lovely and clean . Not at all the boring bland look the tiny strip mall outside appeal provides.

We both ordered the special he got the steak medium rare and I got the Tuna Steak rare with crab. Both served with rice and salad.
Let me tell you the salad dressing is gone made and delicious. We both opted for Blue cheese.
Do not pass up the key-lime pie it was a little like ice cream and pie combined, delicious!

My favorite place to go for Asian cuisine! We live about 45 minutes away but don't mind the drive knowing that the General Tso's chicken among other things is well worth the trip. I have been eating here (before they moved to this location) for over ten years, the owners/operators are like family. Probably my favorite restaurant ever! You really can't go wrong here

These guys are offering healthy and super delicious meals, with top-notch ingredients to bring home to the family. Awesome sevice, great prices. I also really appreciate the eco-friendly to-go containers, especially in this time where everything is to go. Way to care for your community and planet!😉 Keep up the greatness.

Really excellent seafood at this seafood/Asian restaurant! The local tuna sashimi appetizer and crab cake (with a lot of large chunks of crab) were both top notch and delicious. This was our 2nd time here, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. And will probably order the same things, they were so good!
