Boost Mobile

I was having difficulties with my phone and the only solution was getting a new one. Elizabeth was very nice and helped me find a new phone within my budget. She tried to get me all discounts possible! Best customer service. Any manager that sees this please consider giving her a raise!

I went in to switch companies but due to my own issues with my card I was unable to get my phone turned on. But the customer service guy was awesome and very nice so thank you for your kindness and patience. The islander gent.

I've been with Boost for 7-8 years. I've dealt with several of the local stores, Now that I live downtown, I went to the 9th south store, and I was so very impressed with the care and service.

My experience went far beyond my expectations. I went into the store very frustrated because I lost my phone I went in and Elizabeth stayed pass closing time to help me resolve the problem, set me up with a new phone and was even patient enough to help me transfer all my photos and my apps from my Google Account I had on Previous phone. She made feel like she really cares about her customers! I highly recommend going to this location.

Excellent customer service. Blanca has always been very friendly and easy to talk to. Been in a few times and Blanca has been nothing but patient, calm and helpful which are very important characteristics to me when making a big purchase/decision. Thanks!

The ladies, joanna and Bianca were amazing! Unbeatable product knowledge is an understatement! They were friendly and super helpful!! They were able to match a phone geared towards my needs. This store is extremely awesome with their customer service! Very polite and outgoing. Joanna was able to hook me up with a good deal and helped recover my personal information. I am beyond pleased with this location and the customer service provided! We took my husband's phone to another location earlier in the day and the lady that "helped" us broke my husband's sim card tray while she was taking it out. She then proceeded to blame us and say there was nothing she could do and sent us on our away. We stopped by this location and Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up having to purchase another phone due to the damage that the previous store caused but because of the help we received from Alex we decided to stay with Boost Mobile.

Best service at a Boost Mobile ever! Went to other Boost Mobile's in Salt Lake City and they couldn't help me remove 2 lines off my plan! Blanca (the woman working here) was able to help us in such a short time! Very experienced workers and many accessories to choose from. The store is super clean and neat. 10/10 would recommend

My mother in law had ordered a new phone from Walmart, and needed to setup and activate her new phone. She didn't know how to do that, so I took her to this Boost Mobile store and the lady there was so very helpful, my mother in law was so happy to have her phone setup. The lady at the store really did a great job, it was nice to have a very helpful person to help us. What a great service experience.

After Virgin Mobile was bought out by Boost Mobile I was reluctant to get involved with the plan very deeply because I wasn't sure how well they operated. But I am extremely happy with Boost I get a mobile hotspot on my phone every month with my plan renewal which I did not have with Virgin Mobile and the support people or the sales people at this particular store the lady is a Hispanic and she is well versed, she knows her stuff; she's very friendly and nice and I am happy to recommend this store to anybody considering switching to Boost because I plan to stay with them for a long time. I also understand that they have a particular plan that includes Wi-Fi access to various hotspots all included with your plan and that would be fabulous because right now I am paying upwards of $60 a month just for Wi-Fi access through Xfinity and sometimes it's worth it sometimes it's not to have to pay that extra. But you have a good thing going with Boost.

I LOVE Boost Mobile Customer Service! Jovanna an blanca were very helpful and real detailed wit everything the plans, their deals, what i needed for the switching of phones which was my experience. They were very nice and sweet and everyything went smooth. 10/10 i would recommend THIS store!

I went to four different stores today to get my phone fixed and not one single representative wanted to take the time to help me out . My interenet was slow and i was not able to even load anything on google search. All 4 representatives told me that there was a internet issue with the tmobile merge. I was hesitant to stop at this one location before finally giving up. Jovana was an extremely professional awesome help! it turns out my device just needed an update and my mobile data was off. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!! She asked me to leave a review based on my expierence, I was planning on doing it either way before she asked. Thank you once again. I recomend

Blanca was just wonderful in helping me set up my plan. I am not very tech savvy. She helped me get stuff off of my old phone. Spent time answering questions. Very happy.

My boyfriend and I usually search the closest boost in maps, and call with questions that they can never give us an answer to. We always know we can call or go into this location and Jovanna and Blanca are always willing to help. Today we literally passed probably 8 other locations just to come back to the original one, because we always walk out the door happy.

Had the most awsome experience with this particular sales rep. Blanca was very helpful in every aspect of my purchase . Thank you and alway looking forward to my next visit to boost.
