Great space and price, theres lots of cameras, employees helped right away when i made a mistake and did 2 units instead of 1. They are friendly and give a good piece of mind. Thanks for a good experience the last 4 months!

Angie was so helpful and respectful to me like I’ve known her for years! She gave me the best deal on my storage unit after calling so many others. She also made sure that I had the correct size for all my belongings that I would be keeping in storage. The units are extremely clean and I have not had one issue what so ever. Thank you Angie!

I just signed for a storage unit here and I couldn’t be more happy and pleased! The staff is absolutely incredible, seriously the manager (sorry I’m horrible with names) was so amazing to work with. Helpful, kind, and just a great person that understood the business and what customer service is still about these days. Her assistant that got me all set up was just amazing! They took great care of me and my needs, concerns, etc. As much as I hate moving, they are making this a very positive experience for me. Thank you!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Angie is so amazing! There was a huge delay between online rental and in person and when I needed the unit that day she had me sorted and keys handed over within an hour. She then went even further and watched to make sure I didn't get double charged. An absolute gem and incredibly nice!

This has been the best experience I've ever had renting storage space Angie has to be the best manager I've ever spoken with. Angie goes the extra mile when it comes to her coutomer if there's a problem you can count on Angie to fix it and fix it fast A+++ in my book I'll always rent here

So far so good, I have only had the storage unit for a week, I like that it’s automatic payments so I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay. As well Ryan was very nice and let me know I have a free lock! Some other lady didn’t tell me. My unit came very clean. And it’s in a good location. I will update this review once I am towards the end of using my unit. So far so good! Thanks

Oct of 2021 I stored here at Storage Depot for about 4 months. It was a huge convenience that they offer a moving truck free of charge upon renting at this facility. Already a plus for them & one less worry for me. From my experience the place was secure, well lit & clean. They also had a discount that until speaking with the gentleman there I was unaware of so I saved a bit more money. Overall a good facility no problems.

The owners are amazing people they are truly down to earth and understand the customers needs it’s such a pleasure working for this company. And Spencer is the best district manager ever.

They've always provided amazing customer service and even worked with me by waiving the late fee when I had a financial emergency and fell behind. The manager is very kind. I know my property is always safe and highly recommend this storage facility.

The guy who helped us reserve our storage spots was awesome! He was very thorough and explained how it all worked and the lease agreement really well. He walked us out and showed us the property and our spots we rented. Very nice and makes us feel a lot better about parking our stuff here. You can’t beat the prices and the overall great customer service!

Im really impressed with the lady at the front desk, she was very helpful, very creative with how she did her business and the place was clean. One of the best run storage units businesses that I've ever used before

Ryan seems to be a stand up kinda guy... He was very understanding when I had an issue with my vehicle and had to park it in the one guest parking spot overnight. People love to flex their management muscles any chance they get and tell you how they've made an exception "this one time." I got no such attitude from Ryan. In fact, "no problem" is the response I got when I picked up my vehic. From a customer service professional trainer, that's the perfect response.

As far as the usual self-storage experiences, all good... Reasonable price, access, availability... One thing I love is their location. Right off the freeway in the middle of the valley.

I have had storage units twice with Storage Depot, both times about 3 years. Never had any problems with them and their prices are reasonably affordable. Also the property is very well taken care of. Would recommend!
