Great! My first time for COVID-19 testing and it was no wait, no hassle and super easy. Thanks to all at Duke Health that are working hard to get through this.

Showed up with my daughter at her appointment time. There was no wait and staff was very kind. Took less than 5 minutes.

Had an appointment time but that doesn’t matter because it’s a single file line of cars with nobody checking at the entrance. Should’ve come earlier in the day if I knew appointment times don’t matter. I’ve been waiting over 30 mins and only moved up 6 cars. This is a disaster of a process and very inefficient. Unbelievable how horribly this is run.
