Mrs. Scarborough and Tonya were wonderful during the passing of my mom. They were kind and considerate and gave me words of compassion and made the process of a burial stress free. I am grateful I chose them and pray that they continue the long legacy of Scarborough.

Two words come to mind when I think of Queen, Tanya, and the rest of the team at Scarborough & Hargett - excellent service. My grandfather passed away last month, and Queen was patient, considerate, and caring the whole way through. During the planning process, she kept reminding me that she was only a phone call away...and she really was! It didn't matter what time it was, she was there. They took care of everything and made sure my grandfather looked his best for his home-going celebration. When you're looking for a funeral director, you want someone who will care for your loved one as if they were a member of their own family, and that's exactly what Queen did! Scarbourgh Furneal Home is a very good place to send your love one when they pass. They have showed me and my family so much love during the death of my love one. We will forever be so GREATFUL and i pray that GOD will bless them In a mighty way.

Service throughout the years has went down. Mr. Scarborough was a staple in the Durham NC community and with all the issues behind the scenes with her running way his son and other staff etc it really isn’t the same Scarborough as we know from the community! I would also recommend that her daughter doesn’t talk as if she is licensed and isn’t. All in all it isn’t the same anymore but RIH Mr. John aka Skeppie
