Red Hanger - Downtown

Red Hanger is simply the best! Great service, fast, convenient, and always top quality. We’ve been using them for all our cleaning and tailoring for more than 30 years and will continue to do so. A special call-out to Tara and Ryan and the whole team for taking such good care of us!

I have experienced totally excellent service from my Red Hanger. If any incident occurs it is expeditiously corrected by the great staff at that company.

Great experience at this location. The customer service was excellent and they were able to get my dry cleaning completed within less than 24 hours! The young lady at the counter was also friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Tara, the store manager is amazing, she remembered my name after only dropping off once.

I was visiting Salt Lake City. I was staying nearby, so I took a shot to have my coat dry cleaned. I dropped it off early morning, and got a text saying it was ready around 5. I picked it up on the way back to my hotel. Perfect!

The woman that works there regularly is so nice and friendly. That is the reason I keep going back. The dry cleaning has always seemed good too. But she is seriously just so nice!!

The staff is always friendly. Tara is amazing! The store hours are great, closing at 7pm everyday. I can swing pass after work and not have to rush. The prices are a bit higher but what isn't at the moment?

On this visit I got stuck behind an accident and arrived there at 6:58pm on a Friday and they were still open and the associate serviced me as if it were the middle of the day. Pleasant, polite and I still felt welcome. At other places, that would never happen. Tara is AMAZING! We love her! Go pack go!

Absolutely incredible experience with the staff at this red hanger location. I had never used any professional laundry services before and they made it simple, easy to understand, and help me with selecting what was best for my clothing. My shirts came back clean, perfectly pressed, and looking sharp. They even accommodated my shortened time frame with ease and joy. I found my regular spot!

Hands down friendliest and best service in the greater Salt Lake area. After moving here from Texas last year I tried several dry cleaners before finally discovering Red Hanger Downtown and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Tara and team are THE BEST!!!

I’ve used the downtown location of Red Hanger for a few years now. I’ve always had good experiences with them, and very good customer service experiences too. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for dry cleaning, whether for clothes or for household items.

Very sweet lady attended me in Saturday morning, I just had to get a button fixed and she didn’t charge me at all, very fast and good service
