Furniture arrived via freight shipping in a very timely manner. All arrived in great condition with free shipping. Customer service has been great. They have called a couple times to make sure everything arrived as ordered and without damage. Would definitely not hesitate to order from them in the future.

We just ordered and received a bed from Jane's Gallerie -the bed shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The bed was easy to assemble and my son put it together himself. The bed looks good - it is not an expensive bed but it is very sturdy and has underbed storage which functions on pneumatic lifters - very cool for a young man's bedroom! Excellent service from Janes Gallerie - I had email notifications of every stage of shipment and knew exactly when the furniture was arriving. The freight provider called me the night before and scheduled delivery - it was all very easy! I have had harder times arranging delivery of furniture from companies not 15 minutes from my home!

Very happy with not only the furniture but also the customer service. Top notch service all the way. The item was delivered timely, and is the most beautiful table we've ever seen. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Also was great they offered free shipping and coupon around 4th of July.

Well after 3 days she finally found what she was looking for. A quality semi-formal dinning set. The price was excellent.Shipping was fast and packing was extremely good. The dining room table and chairs are absolutely beautiful. I only gave it four stars since the table was extremely heavy for my husband to carry once he put it together. Other than the that, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an exquisite set.

Called to ask about shipping time frames - was told the table I'm looking at is not the advertised $699.00 but in fact $949.00 by customer service.

These are exactly the sort of deceptive practices that put companies out of business - and if this is how Janes does business I want nothing to do with them. Horrific. If you list an item with incorrect pricing and customer wants to buy it at that price point, you take the loss and fix the website. End of.

I'm disgusted with their business practices and will be warning everyone I can reach to stay away from them. And if you're curious or think that I'm making this up, I have screen shots.
