Short and entertaining, nice place to view the night without too many artificial lights. The parking lot has gravel, lights, and security cameras. No wildlife bothered me, and I met some friendly locals out for a hike. The trail is decent, with a few sandy spots. It was 99% dry with a couple wet spots. There was a supply cabinet with pump, tools, and donated tubes. I didn't get flats but there are thorny plants beside the trail. I wanted to ride more and try the other trails but the police came by and flashed the lights to say go home. They didn't contact me but I took the hint and packed up. Nice place. I'll come back at an earlier hour. There's a lot of winding blacktop roads if you want to add some road miles.

Great trail to work on base or speed and turns. Seen wide boars and deer. Watch out for sand on some curves.

This is a great trail for beginners, single-speeds, rigid bikes, gravel bikes, cyclocross bikes or anyone who's looking for non-technical off-road riding. If you're after big obstacles, jumps, rock gardens, etc., look elsewhere. It's an ideal place to burn laps, or just have a relaxing pedal through the woods and open fields.

Fun trail, not complicated. Is an excellent trail for a newbie or taking the kiddos for a ride.

Fun flowy trail with some fun features in the second half. Great trail, especially for new riders like myself. Lots of places to get some speed and practice bike control. Will come back for sure!

Love this path; it was my go-to trail when I first started out.
I would have driven here from Sherman, Texas, and I still do.
I still ride it, but the 5.4 miles of wonderful route require a lot of maintenance.
Very kindly, they sent little boxes for any repairs required while hiking. DMTB Trail: WTG!

The loop is just over 5 miles. Nice wide open trails with a couple of quicker dips. A great place to take a beginner or person testing out their bike. Has some mild uphills followed by smooth rewards. Great for the whole family.

I've ridden it two days in a row and my initial impression is that it's fast and fairly flowy. It's obviously a new trail so in a few months it could be even faster. The trail seems wide at this point but don't be tempted to ride the edges because the prickly pears will ruin your ride.

Well maintained, Sandy singletrack. Lots of trail markers, no technical features at all.
