The pump went out in my well this past week (Oct 9, 2023) and after reading reviews I called Jordan Plumbing. They were quick to get to me and they worked hard to get water to me. I called a few plumbers and Jordan Plumbing answered right away and sent a plumber the same day. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I got a conformation call from the plumber Jeffrey and he was very prompt. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He quoted a very reasonable price and I had him fix the problem. While he was here he fixed my shower faucet as well. His work was exceptional and I would recommend him to everyone. I’ve got more projects and I will be calling him again! Thank you Jeffrey!!!

Mr. Jordan has been in the business for more than 25 years and knows his stuff. He keeps that same standard for his employees. His team was able to come out and diagnose the issue and provide an estimate in a timely manner. We unfortunately needed a lot of work done, but they were able to schedule us for the same week.

Mr. Jordan himself called us to verify house layout and time frames so that we knew when to expect them. On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time and got to work right away. They took care to use covers on their shoes and put plastic down on the ground to keep the house clean.

From what we’ve surveyed around the area, the estimate they gave was appropriate and the fact that they could fit us in within a few days was amazing. They worked hard all day and Mr. Jordan made it a priority to keep us informed on what work they needed to do.

Family members and I have used Jordon Plumbing a number of times over the past year and have had positive experiences with office and plumbing staff on every occasion. They have been personable, punctual, skilled, and good at explaining the work needed. Their fees are commensurate with local market rates. I recommend them without hesitation.

We’ve been dealing with leaks for a few months at our older home. We called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate to repipe our house since our house’s polybutylene pipes had begun to fail. Jeffrey Jordan came out to walk through the house, explain clearly what the process would look like, and gave us an estimate. They were very accommodating and got us in to repipe the whole house on the subsequent Saturday (we made the initial call on Monday). We were so grateful that they were able to get us in so quickly. Jeffrey and his team came on time and worked very efficiently to get the whole repipe done in one day. They were also polite and communicative, keeping us updated with their progress and answering any questions we had. They cleaned up all the dust and other debris from cutting into the drywall to fix the pipes before they left and also referred us to a contractor who was able to come by and repair the drywall at a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using Jordan Plumbing in the future.

Everything about the service I received from Jordan Plumbing was outstanding! My phone message was returned quickly, and the person scheduling my appointment was efficient and very pleasant. Jeffery Jordan went above and beyond to determine the cause of my slow-draining sink and to fix it, even though the situation was more complicated than it first appeared. He clearly knows his stuff, and was a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

Jordan Plumbing was really great! We had an emergency clog that turned out to be a mainline sewer problem that they diagnosed quickly and accurately, and then fixed quickly. They're really responsive; I hadn't ever used them before and called them at 4:00 PM, and they were able to come at 8:00 AM the next day. They were professional, on-time, responsive, and charged really reasonable prices. Am planning on using them going forward, and would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Jordan’s multiple times. Once for a kitchen remodel which involved moving pipes. They have also come for small services like backed up toilets and faucet replacement. They communicate well and are very professional. I feel comfortable with his team in my home. He also explains everything he’s doing in a way that I can understand and has standard pricing. He has a book so all customers are treated fairly. He’s the best plumber I’ve used. I recommend him 100%.

I can't say enough about Jordan Plumbing. Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I've used the company several times and every time I've been extremely happy with the service. This last time we had raw sewage coming up a drain in our basement. I purposely waited four days (as Jeffrey was very busy) to make sure we got Jeffrey to take care of our problem. He had a machine that cleaned the blockage in the pipes, and he checked several pipes next to our septic system to make sure everything was good. Jeffrey is a plumber I trust explicitly.

We contacted Jordan Plumbing to address a sewage leak in our crawl space. Mr. Jordan was easy to communicate with and came out the next business day to give an estimate. He was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions, explaining the issues in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciated that he made it a priority to get us on the schedule for the week, and he and his team showed up at our home exactly when they said they would. While replacing the rotted cast iron plumbing, he and his team found that our kitchen sink plumbing was not operating correctly and they addressed that as well, at no additional cost to us. We would certainly use Jordan Plumbing in the future and would recommend them to others.

Highly recommend Jordan Plumbing. From the first call, they were professional and responsive and enjoyable to work with. They fixed a leaky faucet and replaced aging stop valves and the water pressure regulator. Excellent service and results. Straightforward on pricing. I don't write a lot of online reviews but thought it worth noting for those looking for a great plumber.

Jeffrey did a great job. He was at our place in under an hour to help with our plumbing emergency. He was extremely friendly and communicative as he was working on the repairs. He worked quickly and the price was reasonable! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Jordan Plumbing. I had a pipe leak 6 months after I bought my townhouse because it was that bad polybutylene stuff. After meeting with Jeffrey I decided to get the entire house repiped. It seemed like a daunting task but I knew if I didn't do it, I would constantly worry there would be another leak. I'm so glad I did! As it turns out, it wasn't as expensive as quotes from other companies and Jeffrey and his team were quick, efficient and most of all kind. I wish I could hire him for all of my needs!

My experience with Jordan Plumbing was entirely positive. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and set immediately to work. When he encountered what I thought would be a major problem, he quickly found a solution I hadn't considered.

Jeffrey Jordan and his team at Jordan Plumbing do great work. I have been working with them for years as plumbing issues arise. I recently had them come out to help with a drain trap replacement. They did a good job at a reasonable price and helped me with some other plumbing questions I had. Glad to see they are still going strong in Durham.
