These owners are wonderful people and they are great to work with! I have no desire to workout anywhere else!

The owners of this gym, Mike and Becky, and the most genuine people around! They are both highly knowledgeable, qualified, and excellent trainers! I have worked out with a handful of trainers in the past, but have not found anyone more professional and personable than Becky and Mike! They always show up to my sessions on time with a tough workout prepared. Cannot recommend them enough! They know their stuff!

Becky has greatly helped me be the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. I started at 300 when I was 18, now a year later I am 280, I know it doesn't sound like a lot but to me, this means I can do things I couldn't before with ease. For example, I can go up and down stairs without getting out of breath, jog, and so much more. This gym is the best thing that has happened to me.

Becky and Mike are awesome personal trainers!! I highly recommend them!! I have seen my strength increase and I am feeling better about myself.
