This location has the best baristas anywhere. Friendly, welcoming and they really try to get to know you. Best consistency in beverage quality I have seen in a Starbucks for over 6 years! Good job guys! Keep it up. It really does make a difference. Thank you.

Hey y'all, my name is Anyssa! I just went through the drive thru. It was caraazzaayy busy but the man named Drew working the window was the kindest soul!! And quick with it to!!! Definitely deserves a raise!!!

For many months while I lived in Sumter in 2023 I found myself coming to this Starbucks almost every other day for a Venti Chai with Almond Milk, 6 extra pumps and whip cream with chocolate drizzle. I came in so much that half the time my drink was already being made and finished closely after I had paid for my drink. It was quite common I also got a spinach, feta and egg white wrap which also would be done in time. Very caring, engaging, sweet and hard working employees at this Starbucks, which is insane compared to some locations within Sumter, these guys really put in there all. I miss living in Sumter and I miss this Starbucks. Keep up the hard work and may this store continue to thrive. As you all know the prices are the prices, but this is a good location, I highly recommend.

This store is in-front of Lowe's hardware in Sumter. Next to aspen dental. This location typically stays busy. As at the time of this review it is the only location in Sumter, Sc . Beverages are typically made as expected, hot , quickly and with proper handling. The only complaint is at times the orders can take a bit longer than expected. Due to the amount of orders. Even that can be overlooked . However the lobby could be attended to more often. More times than not tables are not wiped or floor has trash/left over bakery items. Outside of that this location is great (:

This store was friendly from the time I opened the door. Saw 1 barista try to take care of a credit for the mobile order being too long. My order was ready & perfect tasting a minute before the app said. Thank you!!

Great service , super friendly! Was in town for the eclipse and went to this Starbucks after a long road trip. I felt like I was a regular there upon stepping foot in the door :)

I LOVE going into Starbucks just about everyday. Lol. It's my go to place before I have to come to work. They know me by first name and the atmosphere is super awesome.

I don't like the new upgrade painting on the wall I don't know what vibe starbucks is trying to go for, I'm a frequent starbucks drinker but they hired new management and new staff and its not the same some people I remember are still there that can make the drinks really good but it has kinda fallen off since everyone left the only drinks that are good are yalls fall and Christmas drinks
