Always packed not enough riding carts. Need more registers. If I wanted to ring my on stuff up an put in bags I would have got a job there and if they are so worried about people stealing then they should get rid of self check out and get the cashiers back

While visiting Sumter I had to get some parts to do maintenance on my car before heading back to Atlanta. I was able to get everything I needed without going to an auto parts store, and at a much better price. Helpful employees, quick check out, what more could you ask for.

We needed a battery for my son's truck, they had a 2 year battery with plenty of CCA for $109, beat the auto parts stores.

Lack of sales assistance on the sales floor can make finding what you came for very difficult or impossible. I gave up yryimg and went elsewhere to make the purchase.

Nice clean parking. Well stocked foods and products. Food bar. Quiet area. Not many rigs.

Today I met an amazing Team Lead named Monica!! Monica stopped what she was doing to assist me. She didn't have an attitude and or a problem assisting me. When I tell you she made my day!! Monica is a Diamond @ the Sumter Super Walmart. Take notice of what a great asset you have in this young lady . I regret that I can't give her 10 stars! Just know that you are appreciated!!!

I can find everything I need and want plus things I may or may not need. Ordering on line is fantastic.

Beside low stocked and being out of so many items and with only one cash register open, it wasn't a horrible experience. There was assistance, though scant, near the self checkouts. They only had small bags.

A personal thank you to David in electronics. He helped me with my 65 inch tv putting that big monstrosity in my car. Please make sure that he gets some sort of recognition through the company for his hard work and customer service.

I always shop when night shift is there because they are the most helpful and pleasant to interact with. If you ever want to see hard works then go to Walmart during that shift. They are stocking, cleaning, and always cheerful. Every time I ask where something is, they take me to it. (Even if I tell them to just point me in the right direction). Several times employees have went out of their way to check inventory in the back for items I’m looking for. The ladies covering the self checkouts are just as awesome. Always working hard and so helpful. However, this is not the same experience I have when I go there during the day shift. The staff is rude and act as if they rather be anywhere else but there. If you ask where something is they act mad that you are bothering them. So needless to say... I can’t wait until they go back to 24 hours so I can deal with pleasant people.

I could not belive they had 4 handicap chairs and none of them was working. Just had surgery and had to hop around! As much income Walmart gets they could at least get what the community need to shop in there store. As many seniors citizens in their community

Well I just got a few flu shot and I got my single shot there and also got my own new morning shot and you can get all your food all your product coffee and also you meet all kind of meat breakfast meat down on me clothes everything that you want you can get the socks pants shirts vegetable fruits and juice all your pots and pans your medicine your hair products your mouthwash oh don't forget about it don't forget about the flowers I love flowers flowers make me happy when I'm sad I always go to Walmart to get flowers and this makes me happy and I love it too cuz some flowers are on discount prices

Five stars for Melvin McLeod in the Paint & Hardware Department. He is a Shining Light this store. Always a kind word , always quick to help and somehow always there it seems like. I hope this store appreciates what they have. Without him the rating would be a 2 or 3. Sorry to include that

I have nothing but great things to say about the curbside service at this Wal-Mart. I use curbside pick-up regularly and the only time that I had an extended wait was a day or two before Thanksgiving (which is understandable). I picked up an order today. The team moved like a well-oiled machine...had people in and out. Sadiq, who seemed to be the supervisor, was very professional and personable. Keep up the excellent work! I wish that Wal-Mart would allow these workers to take tips.

The Walmart there has everything that you need from clothing to food to mechanical. The best part is it's stay are super friendly and I will always love to go back to find some of the best sales on everything you need☘✅⚓💯👍
