Always friendly staff. Very courteous and helpful. You can't get services like this outside of a traditional, well-run department store.

Absolutely amazing, largest belks I've ever been in. I was there for three hours and still didn't get to look at everything I wanted to. Prices wasn't too bad either, alot of good sale areas and clearance areas.

I had a challenging purchase this week at the Sumter, SC store - but recieved excellent customer service recovery from staff member/clerk, Kimberly. She was patient with me and customer service as charges were resolved. Friendly. Considerate. A wonderful representative of service and shopping at Belk

They have good customer service, but their product could be expensive without a coupon or discount.

I had a great experience at Belk it was clean very friendly Customer service representative help me and daughter while we was shopping to get all of her school items.

Store was well stocked, and staff was friendly.

Bought some clothes the other day. I got home, tried on the clothes and they were too small. Somehow, the clothes shrank on the way home. Customer Service was super helpful. I now have the Belk App, which gives access to online ordering and pick up at the store. This is super helpful for items in the store and the warehouse. With the bar code scanner you can quickly tell of something is available and at which store. Thanks Belk.

I love their small cross body pocketbook, they jewelry is good for me. I've gotten some pots from Belk very pleased with them. Everything I've gotten since I been shopping their I'm very pleased and I do have a lot of things. I would love for them to bring back the Biltmore Stainless Steel Copper Base Hand Wash Oven Safe.

My first time at this location, new to the area. I couldn’t find a shopping cart as they don’t have many but then a young man named Ayden heard me and went and found one for me. He was by far the best experience in the store! Ayden your parents should be very proud of you. They had a very nice selection of everything I was looking for. Store is clean and maintained as well. Only beef I had was I wanted to buy a air fryer that was on sale but you can only use the coupon online and then come into store to pick up? That seemed crazy as I was already there, why not just give me the online price? Other than that, great store. Way to go Belk. 👍🏼

It was my first time shopping at Belk and it was a good experience. I went in to see how the clothing looked and thought about what I'd like to purchase. I eventually ordered online and selected for store pick up. When i returned for the pick up the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'll be returning to Belk in the near future.

Great place. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, beautiful pieces. Will order items for you also. Fixed a special dinner ring of my Mother's. Kenny redid the bad side that was damaged by another jeweler to match the undamaged side. Only jeweler I use.

I come for the great sales and was helped by Ginger who was the sweetest, most helpful lady EVER. Also Kristen in perfumes was very helpful and friendly. I think when you have such great staff on hand you bring back customers. Pleasure to shop there today!

The lady unfortunately I didn't catch her name but my receipt says associate 017825 was so super sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate her and I hope belks realizes what a good employee they have in her.

I went to Belks' in Sumter and was frustrated to no avail finding the right items. Romona was very helpful guiding me through Belks' app. I learned a lot. I was able to order the items I wanted from Belks' app. Thank you Romana!

Excellent service, white Diamond perfume for Mother's Day...

I've been a Belk person almost my whole adult life. Always consistent with what I like to buy. Thin on inventory but the rise of on line shopping it is understandable.
