Jordan Landing Family Medicine

I am not sure Carolyn Finlay is talking about.
I was waiting for my appt and the staff let us know that the internet went down and they were doing their best. You can't please everyone. I work in the medical field and it is a hard job to please everyone. Take a step back and treat people with kindness.
They have hard jobs and they have to talk to everyone. I think the MA's -The front desk-The doctors are doing the best they can!!!!
If something doesn't go your way, don't complain...find a solution,. Everyone is human. We need to appreciate everyone. People need to quit complaining and take time to post something nice. I have never mean treated badly. So what Carolyn is saying: The employees are not able to take a break and eat something?????

First time coming here and it was fantastic! Ketti helped me and she was great. Made me feel like a long time patient. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Mark Goodrich was my PA and he was fabulous. Will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Hamp is absolutely amazing! He takes his time to go over everything, and cares about his patients. I am quite surprised that there are people that say otherwise. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I found Dr. Hamps office while looking for a family practitioner. being a typical adult I only go into the physicians office only when needed. I was able to get and appointment and seen by Dr. Hamp and his practice several years ago. Since the first visit I have continued to return to Dr. Hamp and his staff. I recently went to Dr. Hamp's practice and a regular check up and was assisted by his nurse Ketti. Ketti is very caring and attentive. Between Ketti and Dr. Hamp I have received the most professional and complete care someone can receive. I appreciate all the help and assistance Ketti has provided and continues to provide.

Dr. Pugh and his practice are competent, professional, effective and warm. They have the trust of my family members and friends. They have taken such good care of our health and well-being.

Dr Hamp is so knowledgeable and he really takes time in the appointment to listen and be thorough. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would (and have) recommended Jordan Landing family Medicine to anyone!

Right off the bat I was greeted by the lovely front desk ladies, Violet and Jayden, They were so nice and friendly. When I got to the room AJ the Medical assistant was so caring and listened to everything I had to say, treated my family amazingly. Overall such a great experience. If I could I’d give 10 stars lol.

Dr Hamp is the best. So kind, personable, and not only is he dedicated to his patients but he is so smart! We are so blessed to know him and have him help our family for many years!

Dr Dennis Hamp and the Jordan Landing Family Medicine team are great! Dr Hamp has been the primary care for our entire family for 15+ years. Dr Hamp is professional, kind and exemplifies perfectly a dr with the upmost appropriate bedside manner. i love jordan landing family medicine! the people at the front desk are so helpful and make the checking in process easy and smooth. i especially want to mention the medical assistant for dr.hamp, AJ was the sweetest ever and always answered any questions i had. i highly recommend this clinic!

There's so many Dr. Out there, it comes down to the small things. It could be as simple as a pillow without asking. It could be comforting you when There's alot of pain, or helping you breathe when all you think about it's whats happining to your body!
