Starbucks

They were great service! And wrote an amazing note, saying “Have a great day. ”But what does this drink say, it’s so confusing to read 😭😭

First the coffee and service review, great coffee and service.

Second, the service and care in general, just bought coffee for my wife, myself, and a small peppermint mocha for my son. We crossed the street and my son tripped, scraped his knee and spilt his coffee.

One of the ladies not only came outside to check on him but also made him a new coffee and supplied us with some band aids and neosporin.

They didn’t have to do that but it meant the world to us. Thank yall for the care!

12/15/2021 The reason I am NOT complaining is because my drink came out 🔥. If you follow the pictures for what I ordered.....vs what was made. Again, it was still good though. Hats off to the server though for making a wrong taste right. Everyone would not be so appreciative.

I am never disappointed when I go to Starbucks 😊, except when they are out of add ins 😔.

Everybody loves Starbucks, but this location in my opinion is one of the most consistent. The baristx are always welcoming and upbeat and are always familiar with in-store & in-app engagements.

After years of living on the loop, I went to this location today honestly largely because I found an old gift card that needed using, and I ran out of my own cold brew at home. But I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience! The barista was extremely kind and we had a great little chat about makeup as I paid for my order. As a former partner I really appreciated their care in taking my order and preparing it quickly, even as I saw those behind the counter filling a constant stream of mobile orders. Well organized and pleasant, plus I got to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine with my cold brew. Thank you!

Not allot of indoor dining space. Yet they absolutely rock on service!

Starbucks in the Delmar Loop is always a perfect place to stop by, especially on Saturday mornings. They have a rotating staff of very friendly and polite people who take and fill your orders perfectly and quickly. Unless something drastic happens, they will always have me as a regular customer. Thank you.

I’m a supervisor at another Starbucks location & just started coming to this one because it’s closest to me. The staff is incredibly kind, they stay busy, and always get my order correct (even though I have drink modifications). Thank you guys for being wonderful! 😌✨

Great place if you just want to grab a quick coffee and talk with some friends I would definitely say it has a more higher traffic of social interactions interactions but it's still a great place and the coffee is absolutely amazing the baristas really know what they're doing

I used to spend so much time here. Right in the center of the Delmar Loop. There is a better place in the world to people watch. In the summer there are so many people walking by. And you hear the street magicians playing guitars and drums. There isn't a better place to be in St. Louis. All kinds of people from different backgrounds hang up here.

I typically do not write reviews, but this Starbucks truly deserves. As someone who's worked at a coffee shop, the early morning rush is tough on everyone. Typically at a Starbucks you get decent service, hardly ever anything over the top, BUT THIS LOCATION ROCKS. The workers are always so friendly and helpful, despite the fact that they're slammed at 8am. This is such a small Starbucks at such a busy part of town, but every time I go in, they brighten up my morning. Thanks for being great!

A smaller Starbucks in the Delmar Loop and busier than most larger ones at different locations. Service was quick for the amount of employees working and the line of customers. Only had to wait 5 min. Mocha latte was hot and delicious. Employees were very courteous. Great atmosphere! If in a rush, not the Starbucks for you.

This was my first purchase at Starbucks was a mango dragon fruit with lemonade just blew my so firrre!!

It's a super small Starbucks and damn near impossible to get a table inside, but the staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

Also, without fail , Brae is super nice, always smiling, and kind. She is a great example of a fantastic barista.

Edit! 2/2/2020 Wind picked up today and sent my coffee flying outside. I went in asked to borrow a rag to clean up the mess and was treated to a redone drink by the super nice staff.

I may complain about the redesign taking out table space but this Starbucks hands down has the friendliest baristas!!

The 1-2 times I go a week I never have any problems and they are always so kind and energetic. I love them

Here I sit on the patio of Starbucks @the Loop, on the corner of Delmar & Leland. What a great location here on the west end of the Loop! As l sit out and sip, I here the Afrcan musician beating out crazy Afro Cuban rhythms in front of Vintage Vinyl. Nearby on the opposite corner, brother strums his guitar to "Johnny Be Good." The statue of Chuck Berry is a half block east. I sit and I sip and bear witness to folks from almost every country, nation and gender walking by. I don't have to travel to see the people of the World! It's like they all want to come to the Loop! U. City truly is a " Neighborhood for the World."

1) Employees don't take care of the outside trash in the apartment lawn because it's not their job. There are people who work in the apartments taking care of that. Don't rudely bother a barista on their break- they are not put here to serve under you, and are human just as you are. If the littering caused by irresponsible loop crowds bother you, take a stand toward the community.
It's a part of being the city (unfortunately).
2) strict restroom policy is pushed on to employees hard. People have died in that restroom, and have broken store equipment.
Have a better understanding before assuming the baristas are not good people. If you actually traveled down the whole loop, it's every stores policy. 👍✌

Ummm yes yes and more yes please, gimme dat caramel mochiblahblah and a sammich with a please and thank you and I'm a little bit more happy then I was before I got Starbucks..... lol its fire it's always fire 🔥
