A shout out to the wonderful, courteous, guest service focused team at this hotel!
Guest agent Kelly was outstanding with every interaction. Both of the shuttle drivers were friendly and even offered to pick up dinner for me! A huge crowd from a soccer group decended upon the breakfast buffet and the sweet lady there handled it with a smile as she keep items refilled and counters clean. Thank you all for a clean and quiet room with top notch customer service.

Great stay here. Stayed one night for a work trip. The front desk staff were so friendly. They made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was not a very quiet stay with traffic, but if you are used to road noise, it shouldn't be a bother.

I would not say a luxury or high-tech hotel, but it is comfortable for a night or two.

Bring your charging block as I did not see anywhere to plug in a USB. Limited hygiene supplies provided in room.

As for the hotel it was absolutely awesome. The only thing I could really say bothered me was ending Breakfast at 9 am instead of 10 or 11 like most other hotels do. Other than that, it was easy to get to off a number of highways, extremely clean and the staff was great to work with. We stayed at this location for the pool, the hot tub was down the night we stayed. I would stay here again for sure and as for the crime, I didn’t feel the area at all had a crime issue. Didn’t see these reviews prior but the area seems ok

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and I-540. Clean, great service, modern rooms.

The stay here is always exceptional. I especially enjoy the fitness facility, the beautiful decor, and the delicious breakfast buffet. This is always our hotel of choice whenever traveling to the Raleigh area. In addition the staff is always so courteous and so accommodating! The rooms are beautifully clean!

Our "go to" place when we are flying out of RDU! Small problem with the thermostat in this room, but staff responded properly and made the room comfortable. They offered to move us, but we had our stuff all spread out - it worked out fine. Shuttle drivers were great!

A nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. They do offer breakfast from 6-9AM, but unfortunately, I had to leave earlier for my flight. The room and bathroom were clean. The water pressure in the shower is on the low side. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Staff are extremely nice. They go out of their way to provide awesome customer service...such a breath of fresh air. Shuttle service was amazing. I highly recommend.

I recently spent 10 nights at this hotel due to being in town on business.

Rooms, bathrooms, lobby... Everything in this hotel including the carpeted stairways are always spotless. Cleaning members are friendly and consistently greet you with a smile. Everyone I've met in this hotel is welcoming and attentive. I could tell that the employees are truly committed to making an enjoyable experience for the customer.

This hotel also has a stocked market in the lobby (great for late night snacks). The indoor pool and heated tub is a major plus at the end of a long day. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is always delicious.

Overall this is definitely my new favorite hotel in Raleigh.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. Although it wasn’t necessarily the newest option on the block, it was quiet and comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly too. Highly recommend! Did not notice any of the things the most recent 1-2 star reviews mentioned at all.

The Lobby, Conference rooms and Rest rooms were well maintained.

Room was super clean, shower (not a bathtub combination in this room) had plenty of hot water. Liked that the sink/vanity is separate from commode - shower room.
We needed a quick breakfast and the breakfast buffet provide gloves to use while selecting food. Cage free cheese omelet, sausage, toast, and hot coffee hit the spot.
Kudos to Paula for doing such a good job.
Will definitely come back here!

Clean, quiet rooms and such a warm reception from Delaine. We checked in at midnight after an overnight flight from Europe and were exhausted. Delaine kindly offered us bottles of water and greeted us as if this was her own home! It was a great welcome back to the States! Thanks, Delaine!

My short stay at this newly renovated facility was spectacular. The front desk host was exceptionally well spoken and greeted me with an awesome smile. Also the cleaning staff does a tremendous job keeping rental space professional, welcoming, and pleasant scented. Upon my exiting the rental space the one house keeping personnel named Paula asked me, “How was your stay and is there anything that we could have done to make your stay even better”. I was impressed. As an entrepreneur I travel frequently; There is not many businesses that care about how your experience in their facility was. I am proud to have stayed here at Fairfield inn Durham airport. I recommend that others go and experience the quality, professionalism and courtesy that I have received.

Checked in late but the desk was ready to go and got me into my room quickly. The room was clean and the breakfast offered a great selection. I was surprised to not really notice any flight noise considering I was so close to the airport. The only thing I can find to complain about is that the water wasn't very hot for the shower.

Clean hotel close to everything with continental breakfast. All the staff were extremely pleasant. What more could you ask for.

Location is very close to the airport, so it's a great place to stay if preparing for a flight or coming in from one. I believe they have shuttles to the airport as well, though I didn't use them so I can't confirm or review that service.

Location is great! Minutes drive from plenty of shops, food, and drink. Within a very reasonable distance to the airport as well. The room is smaller space wise than I am accustomed to but still has all of the necessary amenities including a fridge and microwave, overall not really a bad thing. Quiet rooms I haven't heard a peep from neighbor yet. I am attending a training downstairs in the conference rooms and the hotel staff have been nothing but please not and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The stay here was great. The facilities are nice and the staff are very helpful. Ben was very helpful at the front desk and was welcoming.
