Went in over 3 times to get passport pics taken of me, wife and kid and had great experiences every time

Went in on 9/10/22 to get my flu and Covid shots and I absolutely loved the tech that saw me! Her name is Amber, and she was so nice! I could tell her and the other tech were having a tough day, but she still worked diligently and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Remember to print off your vax paperwork BEFORE you go in for your appointment (if you have access to a printer, of course)!

They are really friendly and knowledgable. They're getting bad reviews but man Covid has messed a lot of things up. But they put forth the effort to make sure you get what you need. So for that, "Thank you Walgreens for helping this Stage 4 cancer patient and his family with supplying me all of my prescriptions and products to make this process im going through easier.

This pharmacy was incredibly busy but Paula was super nice and helpful. She was working very hard to make sure every customer was helped quickly! She gets 5 stars!!!!

However, this Walgreens needs more staff in the pharmacy desperately.

I get prescriptions here and I also get stuff and products I need for usual day use. Sometimes the service is rude but most of the time I enjoy it here!

Brought my disposable camera 12/29. I know these take WEEKS to get the photos back. I went back on Jan 20th and a older lady said she didn't have them and would call when they come it. Never got a call. I call on Feb 5th and they finally had it, it came Jan 26th to their store.

Pretty much same complaint as others for vaccinations. Showed up for booster, waited for 1 hour and just had to leave because they showed no sign of attending to me. They seemed inadequately trained to provide vaccinations. I recommend going elsewhere.

The guy doing passport photos was awesom the store is filthy. Inside and out. Cigarette butts all over front entrance ground. So much dust all over the inside floors and counters. It's gross

Never seem to be on time with prescriptions and certainly when it comes to making an appointment for a Covid shot. Both times waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time.

I’ve been a customer at this Walgreens location for about a year and a half and I’ve never had a significant issue with them before.

HOWEVER, I feel that I MUST warn other patrons about the gross negligence I just experienced! My provider recently adjusted the dose of one of my medications and I picked up the updated refill within 48hrs. When filling up my pill organizer, I noticed that there were different sized pills in the same bottle!! I did some investigation and while it was the same medication, there were two different doses of the medication in the same bottle (10mg & 20mg)! This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly dangerous! For clarity, this is a mental health medication and taking inconsistent doses could be disastrous in more ways than one. I am so thankful that I was able to catch this mistake before it was too late, but I recognize how easy it could be for someone to not notice the error here! If you took a single pill out of the bottle every morning, the difference in size could be easy to miss (see photo), especially for people with disabilities, poor vision, or memory issues (aka the most vulnerable of Walgreens’ customer base).

I immediately called Walgreens upon finding this error, but unfortunately it was outside of their business hours. Their recorded message did not mention an on-call staff member or customer service option, so I will be calling again as soon as they open in the morning.

The lack of quality control in this case is shocking. It’s my understanding that all filled prescriptions should be counted at least twice to avoid this issue. It’s clear to me that standard safety protocols were grossly ignored here. I encourage all patrons of this Walgreens location (Vogel St.) to check their prescriptions, especially those filled between Oct 28-30 (that’s the window when my prescription would have been filled).

I will update this review with their response as soon as possible.

This pharmacy is getting worse by the day. I received an alert regarding a delay on my medication ( this seems to always be an issue ). When I inquired about it, nobody seemed to want to explain to me what was going on. The cashier stated that I had to talk with the pharmacist. Upon speaking to the pharmacist, he was very dismissive and acted as if my questions were a bother to him. He didn’t want to explain to me the details of what was going on. His body language and lack of eye contact definitely explained how he felt regarding my concerns. In the event that I needed to call my insurance to straighten things out, I would have very little information. I wonder if he would want his family members treated the same way that he treated me when they visit a pharmacy? How quickly people forget that they too are a customer somewhere. Walgreens really needs to do a clean sweep. Sadly, it seems this is the new norm.

This has got to be the most unorganized pharmacist that I have ever been to in my 53 years of living. Each and EVERY time it has been a horrible experience. My granddaughter whom was having breathing issues doctor had called to j a prescription that was very much needed to assist in her breathing difficulties. Upon arriving at the pharmacy after waiting 25, I was toldSo l and was given another location to go to. When arriving at the other Walgreens across town, this Walgreens hand not even called the prescription in their as a courtesy for the inconvenience that they caused. They are the absolute worse and Jesse the pharmacist that was on duty had an attitude and showed no empathy when I drove back and went inside to voice my complaint because they didn’t answer phone for over 20 minutes. So I decided to show up.

So my partner just had Spine surgery a few weeks ago, and had a new prescription sent in for meds. We got a notification saying that the meds came in. I left too go pick them up and was told they weren't ready and it would take 15-20 minutes. I left to go pick up other items from down the street and returned. I never thought that I'd have to double check behind the pharmacy so I paid for her prescription and went home. I handed her the medicine in which she asked me if they said it was a partial fill and I told her no. Come to find out they didn't fill it fully. So we called in which Dave proceeded to tell us that his inventory was correct and we would need to call our doctor. We asked if they could check the camera's or double check their quantity and was told "he couldn't pull the footage till the next day". He then tried to place the blame on me saying he didn't know what might've happened from point a to b. We tried to call the store manager and have not heard from anyone yet. We will be taking this to corporate as its the third time now. If someone made a mistake, then own up to it. We would be upset over a mistake. However she nor myself are junkies, and this isn't fair too her too have to wait on a resolution fresh off surgery. Mind you this medication isn't even a narcotic... So why the heck do we need to lie about what's been received. This is beyond unacceptable.

The pharmacy needs new staff. They are rude and uncaring, including the pharmacists herself, who has given us incorrect information about a medication just to get rid of us. They deal with people's health and wellbeing. If they don't like people, or if our questions irritate the pharmacist, she doesn't need to be in this field. Always long lines, long wait times, waiting 30-40 mins to be told meds not available. This place is a disaster. Walgreens needs to do better and make this place better for their customers.
