Huge portion of shrimp & grits, and I got the 1/2 portion. Loved it. Great shrimp poboy. Very good port wontons.

Had a really lovely lunch. The salad was amazing. The peach buttermilk vinaigrette was amazing. My husband had the catfish po' boy special and it was very nicely prepared. Would highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to dine at Plums in Beaufort, SC, recently, and let me tell you, it's a culinary gem.

Kicking things off, I tried their flounder po-boy, which easily ranks among the top fish sandwiches I've tasted. Add in the perfectly cooked, generously portioned fries, and you're in for a serious treat.

We also sampled the crispy pork wontons. Unlike your standard Asian fare, these were loaded with pulled pork BBQ, encased in a delicate pastry shell, and topped with a sweet smoked bacon jam. Served with a side of remoulade, the wontons were an unexpected delight, merging different flavors and textures into one delicious package.

My wife, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed the curry chicken salad sandwich, a unique twist on a traditional favorite. The blend of curry flavors hit all the right notes, making it a standout choice.

And the drinks? Absolutely top-tier. She savored a wonderfully balanced sangria, while I relished the day's special - a refreshing watermelon mule, just the ticket for a summer day.

In short, if you're on the hunt for a place that offers fantastic food, stellar drinks, and a relaxed vibe, Plums is your go-to. It's a dining experience that hits the spot, leaving you eager for a return visit.

Plums was recommended to us by our tour guide. Excellent food and service in a historic atmosphere. We are inside due to the cool air and wind but the outside looked like the place to be. Don’t miss the pork dumpling appetizer.

Quaint little restaurant that seemed very popular and busy, but service was quick and friendly. Our waitress, Keara, was very delightful and provided excellent service and recommendations. Shrimp salad sandwich with potato salad...Delicious! Homemade lemonade was wonderful with several generous refills. Definitely recommend 👌

A great place for lunch, and a beautiful view too!!! Win win! The shrimp salad was wonderful, and even the chicken fingers were super yummy!!! And the staff there are all so nice!

Been happily coming to Plums for over 20 years. Super busy day after Thanksgiving . Megan was the BEST server ever & our meals of shrimp & grits , Gouda Mac & Cheese , Curry Chicken Salad were amazing .

Stopped here on our vacation to Beaufort. Food was incredible, staff was super sweet, atmosphere was relaxed. Fish tacos were amazing and we also had the shrimp and grits. So happy we came

Plums club and curry chicken salad sandwich were excellent. Great view of the water and amazing employees, first day was Amy the second day was Christy. They love dogs, and provided complimentary water, Shelby was grateful.

Restaurant Week in Beaufort SC. Had crab stuffed flounder with garlic mashed potatoes and collared greens and spouse had seared scallops. We both enjoyed our meals. We also had a bowl of seafood soup and chicken gumbo. Had some of the mixed drinks they offer and all were delicious. Service was a bit off at first but they stepped up and got back on track. Great food. Try it out. Old time rock playing. Very generous portions. Give them a try.

Stopped for lunch. Started with specialty drinks served in canning jars. I believe mine was called lowcountry punch and my daughter had the strawberry lemonade. Both were delicious. Trying to be adventurous, we tried the lowcountry gumbo. It was fantastic! I then had the Biarritz sandwich (strawberry mayo? That's a thing? So good!). Also delicious. Every flavor was on point for my not so developed palette.
Service was exceptional, waitress answered lot of questions from us Wisconsinites. Kitchen adjusted my daughter's food for dietary reasons.

We stopped in for lunch on Sunday and found a table put back with a great view. My wife ordered the tomato pie and it was one of the most amazing, richest foods I've ever eaten! I've travelled to Paris more than half a dozen times and can attest that this dish was comparable, or even better than what you could find there, I was that blown away! I was craving seafood, so I went with two dozen fried shrimp. The shrimps had a light fry and tasted fairly fresh; pretty good but not great. Overall a great experience with a perfect atmosphere and water view on a hot summer day.

Cool place by the park. We were there at peak busy time during shrimp fest. Yes we has to wait awhile, food was great, employees were very busy but polite.

Absolutely wonderful food! I have gotten the Shrimp Po Boy and also the shrimp salad plate with fruit at lunch. What an awesome amount of food for the inexpensive price. I do not see how they stay in business with those low prices!! They have a homemade country-based breakfast with just about anything you want (breakfast burritos, pancakes, sausage and gravy with eggs, muffins, bagels, and more). I have had the breakfast burrito and the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich early morning. They open at 7 am. It was fresh, delicious, and not sure where other reviewers are eating, but they don't serve "duck" or "fish sticks". The girls at the counter are sweet and helpful, and the owner, Gary, came out to talk to me and asked if everything was okay. Okay is an understatement because I highly recommend eating at this place anytime (open 7a to 7p, I think). The restaurant is always full when I go in. Best place in Richmond Hill, GA to eat.

Such a cute place! Been here twice now. First time a few years ago in spring and their special was tomato pie. So good! It wasn't available yesterday when we were there; maybe too early in season. Instead we shared a bowl of gumbo which was great and I got this curry chicken salad salad. So so good! Sweet server and we sat on back porch which was sheltered from rain. Heater on porch so it was still pleasant even though chilly today. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed Plum's atmosphere and vibe. The food was excellent and the service was commendable. I would definitely stop in again when in the area. The special of pork schnitzel was outstanding.

Food was delicious. They were busy but for good reason. Great southern food restaurant. I had the Shrimp Po Boy.
