Baskin-Robbins

This is one of our favorite Baskin-Robbins stores! We have been to many around the area, even some far out, many we've not bothered to go back to. We will be back to this one! Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and the like. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful. We pre-ordered a cake and it was very nicely made. We've had some cake disasters over the years from various other BR stores, so thankful for an easy, no issue cake order this time!

There are so many flavors here that appeal to both kids and adults. There is always something new to try, and many different dipped cone options. The ladies who work here are always very welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. The store will customize a cake for you, and they also offer delicious ice cream "Polar Pizzas". This location offers vanilla soft serve in addition to all of it's flavors.

This location makes the very best milkshakes.

I needed to pick up a little cake for my daughters 3rd birthday (quarantined). The gentleman at this location was very very professional, fast, and had a sense of humor during these times!! My actual cake was beautiful!!!! And waaaay cheaper than I would have paid for a cake elsewhere. And not to mention it was an icecream cake with icecream scoops of dif ice creams from there!!! Very positive experience. Will highly recommend for birthday cakes!!! Any cakes 🎂

I have never been to this location before but let me say that they were awesome staff. Not only did we receive prompt and friendly service; the ice cream was some of the best I've ever had. Not to mention it was pouring down bad and they let us stay inside and eat our ice cream instead of forcing us out into the storm bc of Covid. Thank you guys again!

The lady today 12/3 was incredible. She was totally awesome. My son had oral surgery today and she was so so helpful to him. You have an awesome employee. Thanks for everything!

I have been a loyal customer here since my kids were still kids. I am now a G-pa of 3 and my grandkids love coming here. This is the only place we can never stay away from 👍

Wonderful! Baskin Robbins in ladue is amazing! The employees always very kind and helpful. I would say this is the BEST Baskin Robbins ever. The ice cream is by far the delicous taste ever!

Always friendly! They stock the freezer with fresh pies, cakes and ice cream pizzas, constantly! Great Baskin-Robbins! YUMMY!

I went there on February 26th and February 27th and the girls were exceptionally nice they got my order quickly and accurate and I would recommend anybody to go to do location it's clean their friendly and they have never gotten my order wrong

The young woman behind the counter certainly knew how to dip ice cream. I had two scoops of chocolate, and it was terrific. I will go back again.
