I just called them at 8:44 on a Thursday to report a traffic light malfunctioning and they didn't even answer. It just kept ringing. So if you're having an actual emergency please just call 911.

When an officer gets out of their police vehicle and the first words out of their mouth are, "I know you", even though we have never spoken, a certain bias and personal feelings have already altered their decision making process. Then to get threatened with harassment for attempting to make a health and welfare check. I recorded this interaction. Officers like this give all officers a bad name..

Called for assistance and they don't know where my neighbor hood is located even though we have over 300 homes in my neighborhood. Isn't it their job to know each neighborhood?
