I live close to this place, and not only is the customer service great. Jr, the son, always explains everything that my car needs, and for the record, he never asks for payment until work has been completed. I drive an Audi A8 L. I have not experienced anything but good service. My daughter Nissan Juke needed a turbo charger. Jr. had it installed, the car runs great .I would refer to this location based on my experience.

I was surprised at the shops location. But I appreciated the positivesness of the owner and crew.....the young man himself was very impressive, he was very polite. Made sure to give us all the details of everything we needed to know about the job. He even offered me a discount on the services. I guess it was because I was from out of town. But I really appreciated him.....he told me that the work was going to take 2 hours, he actually did it in less than an hour and 30 minutes. It was a very good place to get the work done.

JE has been working on my cars since I moved to Texas 10 years Ago! He’s always honest and always does a great job. I will trust him with Any job he does! I’ve sent at least 50 people to him and I’ve never heard of Any negative feedback! JE for the win! Definitely recommended…

I have been coming here for years and it’s always been a pleasure doing business with Junior. Today my vehicle overheated on the way to work and I took it to their shop and it was fixed within hours and done with my extended warranty & it was even done while the snow storm was going on. Highly recommend !

We were referred to J.E. Auto by family, and they didn't disappoint.

Let me start by saying I'm a go back to the dealership person with my Infiniti...however Sewell was going 2 charge us $245 to diagnose, then apply that cost to work done.

This place doesn't charge a diagnose fee, told my husband what it might be and approximate cost. Once they figured it out (starter), they called with pricing and done the same day.

The dealership wouldn't give me an estimated cost without seeing the vehicle (shame on Sewell in Dallas) games they play...throwing out random #s...but needless to say J.E. Auto was 1/2 the cost, professional and honest to us.

The young man (Jr.) himself was very impressive, detailed and answered all questions up front and honestly.

Go see them, because I'm very picky but the definitely satisfied me.

Jose has been great in helping identify and finally fix long standing problems that have been addressing my car that is finally running like new again at 100k miles.

My water pump was leaking so badly that I wasn’t going to be able to make it home. I was able to bring my car into J.E. the same day and they completely replaced my water pump within hours so I was able to drive home. My pump has been working great and they charged me a VERY fair price. I won’t take my car to anyone else!

Each time I’ve had to take a vehicle in…be it a large job or small, I’ve always been taken care of. Jr. Is usually who I work with and he will find good quality parts and their prices are reasonable! I will drive here over other shops

The honesty is beyond reproach! First of all, I had several places that were willing to charge me outrageous amounts to diagnose my vehicle. I went here and not only did he not charge me, he advised me that at the time my vehicle actually did not require any repair which is not what other places were telling me even without diagnosing my vehicle. He did advise me of some repairs that would be needed later and it was still less than what other places had quoted me. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this shop in the future!

They were extremely helpful an got me in an out extremely fast. An they put on a fuel pump which could have taken longer but were fast an efficient. J.r was the man I truly recommend them.

I called Jr. with an emergency repair. He got me in right away and gave me an honest price. Thanks Jr.! Y'all are great!

The integrity and customer service displayed by this company deserves a standing ovation!!! When I called I spoke to the owner of the company. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the service that I needed! When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and immediately assisted. They didn't try to sell me service that I didn't need and that's really what captured my attention. Every employee that walked pass me asked me had I been helped and they kept me posted on what was going on with my car. While I was there, I spoke to another customer who has been a returning customer for years and spoke highly of the company. That alone says a lot about how amazing this company is! I will definitely be returning for all of my automotive needs!

6 STARS: I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My vehicle was seen and completed in a timely fashion! I needed a new radiator and AC condenser, which for my 2019 Dodge was not easy or cheap! Hands down, I will be referring and taking all my future business to J.E AUTO REPAIR , AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

I’m from out of town and the wheel bearing on my truck was squealing really bad and needed it replaced, called around a few shops and talked with the owner, and the mechanic. It’s almost like talking to family!

The owner was super cool as I sat in the office while they were finishing up my truck and the mechanic was cool letting me know what all was wrong and helping me figure out what I needed!

They are fair on prices and know what they are doing! Thanks you guys!

These guys rock! I went there for repairs on my truck. The ball bearings on one wheel were blown and the hub assembly needed replaced. An hour later I was back on the road. They waste no time getting you right.

The employees are knowledgeable and compassionate and they go the extra mile for their customers. They went above and beyond to help repair my Hyundai that had sudden overheating issues while traveling through DeSoto. I highly recommend J.E. auto repair
