McDonald's

Ran into the friendliest server at this McDonalds. She was awesome. Unfortunately i didn’t get her name, but she was very outgoing, attentive, and i can’t say enough about her. She had highlights in her hair I’d about the best identifying i can do. Food was McDonald’s, but that’s what we were expecting. Very nice restrooms as well. Good experience!! Thank you!

I just had the best experience at this McDonald’s, I wish I remembered my cashier’s name. I needed a caramel frappe and a medium fry and tho they were out of frappe she suggested there might be some coming off the truck and went to retrieve it for me. After something that happened that caused a mocha frappe to be made instead of caramel, she went and got the manager of her own volition so that the issue could be solved. Then they made me the caramel frappe I needed of a size larger than I ordered, and offered me the mocha frappe as well. Great Job Everyone. I really appreciated y’all.

The people were extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. I mean extremely clean very comforting. And as always food was right on point. You can tell which franchises care and which ones don't

This is one of the busiest locations I've ever seen. Even with all the orders, people, and occasional glitches, the manager and staff handled all with patience and speed. I wanted a hot mocha coffee to go with my hamburger & fries. I wasn't sure how to order it so ordered what I could then selected 'pay at the register.' A gentleman helped me complete and pay for my order. When I asked he told me his name was Laquintis. I'm sorry for probably misspelling his name terribly but I wanted to say thanks for his help. He seemed to be a very diligent worker. He had to refill a machine to fix my coffee which I'm glad he did rather than saying it was out of stock or something.

I also saw the manager right in the thick of the work handling orders and special requests; taking drive-through orders and delivering them outside as well. She obviously leads by example. With the volume of orders, I'm sure they have an unhappy customer from time to time but my hat is off to them.

It's McDonald's 🤷🤷best tasting junk food . Place was clean. Bathroom was clean as well.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I hate to say it but was surprising because we all know McDonald’s aren’t known for service these days. However, they were great. The manager, the staff, everyone was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed while dining in on a road trip. Love seeing it and had to take my phone out to write this to say thank you. You all were great!

Good place order was correst and timely. Would stop in again!

The woman working this morning at the front was amazing. I needed Splenda for my coffee that I forgot to order and then she asked if I needed a stirrer. She even told my husband that if he would like he could order from her instead of the computer and the only reason he didn't was because he was waiting for me. She is so personable and that means so much to me. Also the food and coffee was perfect. Thank you.

Hands down the best McDonald’s we have been too. Extremely fast service and hot fresh food. We had a complex order due to food allergies and ASD - the entire order was perfect with all modifications requested. This has never happened at a McDonald’s before! A great stop for our 900mi drive. The staff deserve recognition.

I have enjoyed the service for years for two weeks, nothing but attitudes lately, no coffee or soft drinks for two weeks. Then give me an attitude because I'm dissatisfied with the manager he should fix these items 2 weeks. it is ridiculous. i will say he is a nice person. When back on Thursday, March 23, I'm waiting in the drive-through, and you hear an employee using horrible language. I wish he would drive his azz up to the window, which I did.tell them I could hear your conversation, and I said wow. So, the female manager decided to repeat the word "wow" back. When the man is gone, he's the manager, just an awesome person.

Were traveling and stopped. Food was hot and as ordered. Food was prepared very quickly. Glad we stopped!

Considering I'm in Leesburg...was very surprised... very clean... friendly staff... I'm presently camping so I ever downloaded a bunch of Netflix... very convenient... thumbs up

I can't remember the young man that assisted me today but he was such a help. The food was fresh and hot. He went out of his way being friendly. I just people would understand they're short of help and doing the best they can. I know that I appreciated them.

We showed up March 2, 2023 around 2 PM. Both sandwiches were hot and fresh, as well as the fries.

We were on the way home from West Virginia and the last leg of our trip was on Waterboro SC and after we checked into our hotel, we were so hungry and we saw a McDonald's across the street and we went and got dinner to go and took it back to the hotel we were staying at and we ate the Big Macs and the 🍟 🍔 we got because we had been on the road since 840am and we were tired and hungry. Our food was very good and we got very good service from the associates there.

We were traveling back from Myrtle Beach and so excited to find this combination gas station to favorite restaurants all in one spot. Clean nice people local people visit their all the time they all know each other coming and going.

The food wasn't good, but the bathroom handy from Sarah Miller was stellar. I'll never forget it. She had the grip of Rambo and the touch of an angel

Wow was everyone friendly. My family stopped on our way back to Ohio and I have never encountered a friendlier crew anywhere! They were so kind and helpful. One gentleman took my food to my table since I had my baby son in tow and when my son wanted to drink "coffee " just like us, the friendly cashier had no problem giving my husband an empty coffee cup to put orange juice in. Food was fresh and hot. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I had great service. Where I'm from there aren't any McDonald's like this-this is the kind you see on their commercials! Try going to a McDonald's up north and then tell me how you think the service is here. Oh, just a side note-the place was clean. In fact there was an employee cleaning the bathrooms when I went to change my son. Maybe they got new management?
