Ruby Tuesday

We don't understand the poor reviews here, we come regularly while in town for work. Always a great experience, and this past Wed was no exception even though they were packed for Valentines Day. We sat at the tiny bar enjoying the friendly locals and bartenders. The salad bar was fresh & well stocked, hot foods were prepared & served perfectly. We will definitely return!

The deconstructed kebabs were awesome. My son and I both enjoyed them. I had shrimp he had steak. I was surprised they did not ask how he wanted his steak cooked. It also would be great if it came with a breadstick.

Impressive! Couldn’t believe the quality of the salad bar and steaks. Was not expecting that! The salad bar was full of fresh options, crisp greens, and great veggies and fruits. Lots of cold salads as well. Used an email coupon to get a steak, baked potato, and salad bar for under $15. The steaks were all cooked perfectly (ribeyes and a sirloin), baked potato was large, and the salad bar was excellent. Our server, Shantal, was amazing. She was so kind and on top of things! Would definitely be back to this location, and will for sure ask for our new favorite server when we return!

We travel a lot and Ruby Tuesday’s is always a “sure thing.” Tonight, we were delighted by our interaction with our Hostess, Kim. What a fun, sweet and upbeat woman! When we asked if we could have a particular table where we could keep an eye on our car (because our little dog was in it) she immediately gave us the table we wanted and then opened a lovely, brief conversation about the love of dogs in general. We felt seen and heard and “In Fine Company.” Thank you for a lovely evening!

Diamond was our server and she was great. The host was so nice Our steaks were perfect It was a shocker because we had been here one time before a few months ago and the experience was horrible. I see they have gotten a lot better. Maybe they hired a new team but everybody was helping each other ! Great team work.

It was fine. Service was fine. Food was fine. Seating was fine. Dessert was great.

This was by far the best Ruby Tuesday visit I’ve had. I go every week for the special on different days. I’ve never been to this location before today.

Salad bar was amazing. Packed with so many options. Fresh. Utensils were propped up. Great presentation!
Baked potato was LOADED!!
Even my sweet tea was perfectly sweet!
The service was quick and my server, Johnny, was very friendly and attentive.
He told other patrons about the specials (which other places never do).
Great atmosphere.
I will definitely be back to Walterboro Ruby Tuesday!

We read the reviews and saw a few unhappy customers. We were hesitant to try but walked right in and seated. Crystal was our waitress and was so very pleasant and helped us decided what we wanted which was great. We need a lot more Crystal’s in this world.

Very friendly staff! Crystal was our waitress. They were busy but she took great care of us like the host said she would ! Great food and even better drinks! That Ruby relaxer was amazing! Will be back soon!

Patrice is an amazing and kind waitress. The hostess (I didn’t catch her name) was also super kind. The food was top notch and was out in no time. Will certainly be back. (Just please fix the slamming front door 🙏)

Stopping in a little town called walterboro at the Ruby Tuesday last night & they were slammed packed! There was a 30 minute wait although we hated to have waited; it was most definitely worth it. The manager Reese was seating the door, bussing tables & she was super polite, & very professional. Our waitress name was AJ she was amazing. Our drinks came fast ! Our appetizers came right away! Reese was checking on all the other customers in the restaurant to make sure they were getting taking care of correctly & how their service & food was. Everything was great for us and a few other tables in the restaurant. We tipped Aj $33. We will be stopping back by on our way back home ! Everyone is so friendly.

Kudos to Diamond, our server. Best ever! Keep her.
And to the Hostess/Bartender Teresa! She was awesome as well!

Great salad bar. BB Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. I had the maple bourbon flavor. My wife had just the salad bar. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Only 3 people working with no Bartender.
But we were not in a hurry
Waitress was Great 👍
Half of the Restaurant was Full with more coming in.
Some walked witch was better for the Workers 🥂.
Hats off to the short staff.

I have always liked eating at Ruby Tuesday and was pleased to see that there was one very close to my hotel. I got there around 6:00 p.m. and was seated right away. The restaurant was quite busy but the waitress acknowledged me immediately and gave me great service. I started with a Tito's Moscow Mule which was very good, and I ordered their ribeye steak and BBQ half rack of ribs combo which came with a baked potato. It was very reasonably priced at $22.95 and I was a little leery about getting the 6 oz ribeye. Ribeye is my favorite steak, and I was pleasantly surprised by this one because it was cooked perfectly (rare), had next to no fat to trim and was tasty and tender. The potato was cooked perfectly and had plenty of butter and sour cream as I requested. I ordered the ribs with their BBQ sauce which came applied liberally and the ribs were done to perfection. The meat fell off the bones but was still juicy and delicious. The half rack was so large that I took most of it back to the hotel with me and put it in the refrigerator so I could warm it for breakfast. Ruby Tuesday also had a huge salad bar with an extensive choice of vegetables and add-ons. It could be ordered as an addition to a meal for $4.99 or as a main course for $11.99.

This location was really good, we stopped by on our way to Florida. Specially our waitress Olivia made all the difference, she was really good and caring. We ordered honey glazed salmon and a stake both were really good.

After a long day of driving, We came in super late. Probably like 15-30 minutes before close. We were welcomed with open arms. We always look forward to ordering the salad bar (I love your croutons)! Since they were closing shortly they were about to remove the salad bar. Our server Asanti couldn’t have been nicer! She said since they would be closing the salad bar at closing (in about 10 minutes) she comp’d it for us. We enjoyed our the salad bar and our drinks as our entrees were being prepared. We live in Palm Beach County Florida and most of our Ruby Tuesdays have closed. It was a nice treat to be able to come and enjoy a nice meal at a familiar place that we can’t have back home anymore (especially after a long drive from Ohio). Thank you so much Asanti and team, you helped make the perfect ending to a long day!

The food was great. The Ultimate Sandwich on the menu is one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted in my life. It genuinely makes me want to wake up and slap a homeless person. Then give them the sandwhich afterwards. 10/10.

Great burgers, salad bar was fresh,ask to be seated with Theresa she’s great.
Around 7pm gets busier so expect to wait.
Understand the staff is only busy and understaffed at busy times. Not there fault, just trying to make a living.

From the minute you approach the door, someone is there smiling and welcoming you. The wait was a bit long but we were in no hurry. The food was good. The service was IMPECCABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING!!! The employees were truly delightful.
The icing on the cake was Brandon's singing. AMAZING!! I told him he better make the call and get on one of those shows that discovers talent!! I hope he did.
