I had the best experience renting a UHaul trailer from Beaufort Self Storage. I had a reservation through UHaul App, but I received a proactive call from Beaufort SS to help me coordinate the best trailer, pick up time and price for my situation. I received a reminder call on the pick up day. When I arrived, there was an extremely attentive and supportive individual to help me hook up the trailer and ensure I knew what to do with my drop off. Top notch service

Outstanding customer service! My wife and I are moving from Bluffton to Ohio and needed to rent a 15-foot truck and an auto tow trailer. I made the reservation through John and he was extremely helpful in determining the best strategy to get the car loaded and prepared for travel. On the morning of the pickup, William checked me in and assisted me through the entire process. He even personally helped me drive the car onto the trailer and provided instructions on how to hook and unhook the tow trailer when I reached my destination. Both of these gentlemen were fantastic! If I could give six stars, I definitely would!

This faculty is clean. Owner is super nice. He brought my grandson and I cold bottles of water when I was moving my items in! Would definitely use again and highly recommend this facility!

AWESOME! These people went out of their way to make my transaction positive. While in this area, I needed a trailer and wasn't able to determine just what it was I needed. The U-Haul people knew what I needed and how to make it happen. In a very short amount of time, the proper trailer was attached to my vehicle and I was on my way. Very Polite and Professional at the same time - a fine line that some people just can't seem to accomplish. This U-Haul office gets my HIGHEST RECOMENDATION! Thank you for what you did for me in making my already difficult road trip so much easier. I wish there was something I could do to repay your kindness.

I can not give enough stars to this business for helping me out of a tough spot with a botched U-Haul trailer reservation from another uHaul location. This gentleman went out of his way on his day off to help me be able to drop a trailer on a one way rental that a previous U-Haul location messed up. Made my hopeless situation good. Rented a Uhaul pickup truck. Very convenient reserving, picking up, using, and return of truck. Affordable. Truck was well maintained. Will absolutely choose Beaufort Self Storage again!

Moving? Need boxes? Then this is the place to find them! Oh and all the other supplies one might need to make the experience easier. They rent trucks too.
Don't know much about the storage end of it, but the easy going staff are more than willing to answer any questions.
