St Helena Branch Library

The citizens of South Carolina should be very proud of this very fine library. I come from Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia accustomed to the Free Library of Philadelphia. I currently live close to the Hershey Library (supported by the Milton Hershey Trust) and the Cleve Fredericksen Library voted "Best Library in PA". Your library surpasses these fine ones. It is more modern, better designed, more environmentally sustainable. This place was done right and is a benchmark for your state.
The staff is courteous and concerned with the needs of the patrons. There are wonderful areas for small children and for teens. The book sale at the front was of great interest to my party. We picked up 7 books there!

Great Library, and Staff at this branch!!! We love coming here for the relaxing atmosphere and kids area! All the staff is super helpful and understanding! My kids and I are huggeeee fans of the storytime here!!!!

Take my grandson here most days to do his online school. He prefers this library to downtown. Comfortable and quiet . Thank you

The staff is always helpful. Maria the head librarian often referring books to me for my granddaughter. It is and extra ordinary place to be and read and do research. I love my public library.

Great atmosphere! Thee library is designed with wonderful nooks as well as open spaces to read. The selection of books is good.

Very nice, small branch library. Access to computers, printing, faxing, and copying. Availability of interlibrary lending makes numerous books available. Helpful and friendly staff. New to area, nice experience.

About the Vovid 19, we felt very safe in the Library. All safety measures were being used.

Great parking, great location, and of course great librarians and volunteers.
