I want to give a positive to this facility. I was expecting a delivery of an important item yesterday for my business. Tracking said my mailbox was unaccessible (even though I had received mail yesterday and today.) I went to the post office to inquire about it. The supervisor called me and said it may have been mis-delivered.. At 8:30 PM, my mail person (who I believe is new) showed up at my home with my item. I greatly appreciate the fact that my mail person would come back with my item on a Friday night at 8:30 PM. I understand they are changing things up here and mistakes happen, but this location and its personnel went out of their way to get my item to me. It's great to see people who still care. Thank you Shrewsbury USPS. You all are appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience with Zee who worked there. It was my first time applying for a passport and I was nervous. She was so helpful and gave me very detailed expectations. I’m very grateful for her help!

A good portion of these reviews are about the USPS as a whole, and not this location.

The employees at this location are typically kind and courteous. The line can get long during holidays, but that should be expected. This is one of the only USPS locations I will frequent, never disappointed with the service.

Just went through the passport process and it was very prompt and painless. Some of these reviews had me considering just not leaving the country!

I walked in at 4:45PM to ship a package and walked out before 5PM. My clerk was Jim and he was super helpful and friendly. He offered a receipt, and I’m so glad he did - I had no idea I could get one!

Just had a fantastic experience at this location. The rep I spoke to really toke his time & let me geek out about some of the new stamp designs. One of the very few good USPS experiences I have had in years.

Thank you Ms. Dottie for helping me and my elderly mother replace her passport. My 85 year old mother tore up her current passport
instead of the expired passport. Thanks again

I had a package that was stuck in transit for over a week and the manager (Ms. Williams) at this location went out of her way to go and locate the package for me at another post office and allowed me to come and pick up my package from this location. She didn't have to do what she did but I very much appreciated it :)

Great 24 hr PO Box lobby. Good service hours.

This location has 2 directions to access their parking lot which has ample parking. It's a large and clean facility with friendly postal workers.

It is my first time here, the staff is friendly and helpful, they are quick and go beyond to get thing done. Dianna is very good. I don’t understand why they have a lot of bad reviews.

The post office has really improve their customer service and reliability I think.

Coming to this post office for 20 years and I've had one problem in my 300 visits so I must say this is the greatest post office!
