Go Store It Self Storage

Our experience was very good. The unit was inside, climate-controlled and on the second floor. Access to the second floor was surprisingly easy and the flat carts provided made unloading and moving our stuff very easy. Kevin and Laura were good to work with and very helpful.

Excellent service. Simple and easy to sign up for storage. Huge slection of units. Love the online videos of each unit offered. Easy access and a very important corner location with a traffic light to cross RT. 170 especially during heavy traffic times of the day, Staff very helpful and friendly. It is a national company which offers fantastic rates compared to local companies. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful. They are understanding and wonderful to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and got what would work best for our needs as we needed to change to a bigger unit and everything. Thank you Lauren and Kevin for being so patient.

While it took awhile for the facility to clear all the County inspections, the wait was well worth it. Beautiful facility, clean and shiny, easy roll doors to each unit. Bre, property manager, went out of her way to keep us informed on the progress, and called us as soon as it opened so that we could secure our unit. She couldn't be more accommodating. HIghly recommended!

Both Kevin & Danielle are excellent, friendly. And accommodating representatives for Go Store It! Knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond. Kevin even gave hired help water! Very pleased with this company.

The manager is juggling a huge property while juggling the task of her job. Facility, units, bathroom, are always clean. She’s very informative and knowledgeable. Her customer service is very rare to find these days. Keep rocking it Laura 🤸🏼‍♀🎉🍾🤩 I’ll be back for my 5x5!

We rented two units at the Okatie location of Go Store It for 3 months while in transition between homes. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff is so very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with! We had easy access 24/7, the units were clean and secure. Closing out with them when we were done with the units was super easy and smooth. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

My girlfriend was the first one to get a storage at go store it, she was impressed about the price compared to everywhere else we called. Then on top of it after two weeks after being she told me how well Loretta the manager ran the place and how helpful she was with her needs. So when I ending up needing a unit myself I knew exactly where to go and I seen exactly what what she was talking so thumbs up to Loretta for her hard work and go store family thks

I used them for about 5-6 months and the whole entire time I dealt with Laura and Kayla…. From beginning to end , they were the absolute BEST!!! I had to leave this review because great customer service is so hard to find. These ladies were amazing

Stayed longer than I signed up originally 🙂 clean no bugs or spiders!! Things stayed great even candles didn't melt. They always communicated when staff would not be there and Laura was very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Our experience over the last three years has been entirely positive. The facility is well cares for and our items in storage were always intact. It was easy to access and carts were always available. Our few contacts with the staff were always excellent.

Renting a storage unit from Go Store It has been a pleasant experience. I worked with Kevin (Savannah store) on the phone and Laura (Okatie store) in person to find the right unit for me and to secure it. They have both been very helpful, knowledgeable, personable. I look forward to working with Laura locally in the future and predict no problems. Go Store It in Okatie SC is convenient and appropriate for my family’s needs at present. Their prices are fair and reasonable at this time. The facility is clean and well maintained, also access is convenient and the security appears good. Overall, I recommend Go Store It and look forward to depending on them for my storage needs.
