Tyler sold us a new dream cloud premier king mattress, and it is absolutely amazing. We actually are very comfortable and sleep more sound than the Sealey we replaced it with. First class sales and service!

Mom and went shopping for a kitchen suite of appliances for our shared home knowing that we would shop around and compare...Because that's just what we do! We met Andre Phillips as we entered the store and had a really great experience. Andre was full of knowledge and expertise. He let us shop around...he didn't hover or try to "over sell" us on anything we did not want. Much to our surprise our shopping began and ended with Andre. Mission accomplished! Major appliances purchased in one morning. Couldn't be happier. Look for Andre in the Okatie store!

Big box stores are NO match with the amazing experience at Livingoods. Purchased 7 appliances to upgrade kitchen and laundry, and even bought new mattress. The personalized attention was TOP notch. Anytime I had questions I could talk to my sales staff and not placed on endless holds listening to music. The prices were in line with the big box stores especially when you get all the rebates (not offered at H.D. or Lowes) and price matching if you find a lower sales price. I received 3 price reduction adjustments prior to delivery. The install staff top notch too. They arrived as promised, inspected all appliances for damage prior to install, made adjustments for proper fit, took pictures afterwards, checked all functions for proper settings and cleaned any debris from the install. I realized that there is a slight install problem 2 months after delivery of my dishwasher and the repair was scheduled withinin 15 minutes after speaking with my salesman. My decision to go with Livingoods was easy. Personalized attention was number 1 reason. NO HASSLE during the entire process. If you need to purchase appliances dont be fooled by big box ads for lower pricing . LIVINGOODS 100% RELIABILITY!!!!

Needed to replace my 23 year old double oven. Purchased our last fridge from Livinggoods 2 years old and loved their service. Excellent experience again. They looked up my old model went over measurements and helped me pick a replacement. I was in and out in a half hour!

Dalton is the consummate professional who loves his job and is a wealth of knowledge unlike anyone I have met before. He gave me some excellent maintenance tips and I am thrilled with the services rendered and the end result.

Our service technician, Dalton, was extremely helpful and professional. He gave us a lot of information about the appliance while making a minor adjustment. He gave us useful tips in a friendly and accommodating manner. Dalton is an example of the good experience we have had with the Okatie Livingoods store since we began building a new home.

Needed new washer and dryer. Living Goods delivered ahead of schedule, and we were thankful with the long lead times due to COVID-19. Scott was out Salesman and kept us informed. Delivery personnel were prompt and thorough. They carefully removed old appliances and replaced with new ones, without damaging or marring walls and mouldings. They checked new appliances to ensure they worked and were installed properly.

I had an Electrolux washer I purchased from Livingood's Okatie location about 7 years ago that became inoperative and I called to set up an appointment. The technician determined it to be a defective part that would have to be ordered. I spoke with both Tammy and Rene and they were both extremely helpful and very accommodating to our situation, as weather caused a delay in parts availability and Tammy was very much on point making sure I was kept informed. Once received, she scheduled my return service. Fred, Lee and Dotson were the technicians and they were highly efficient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Livingood's to anyone that believes service after the sale is an important aspect of the buying experience.

Dalton arrived exactly on time this AM to make a service call on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator . He discussed and dealt with our issues in a very professional and knowledgable manner. He explained viable options to deal with getting our issues corrected. Everyone wants to deal with a "can do person" and he certainly is one of those. We could not have been more satisfied.

Purchased a new dishwasher from Living Goods in Okatie. I was able to do it over the phone confident that I would be getting the right one. The installation team was thorough and professional. Very impressed and we will do all of our appliance purchases with them going forward.

Wow! The showroom is amazing! So many appliances to choose from and the variety is like no other in the surrounding area. Excellent customer service by Whittney is why we will be returning customers. After a bad experience at a “big box store”, (they had a fridge in their showroom on sale that they could not order for us nor sell us the floor model)... not only did she tell us, “Yes! I can get that for you”, she also showed us a similar fridge she had in stock that we ended up liking better! The delivery guys (Luis, Gio, and Reco) were awesome! They had everything hooked up and cleaned up in no time! They were all very nice and professional! It is worth the drive from Hilton Head or Georgia for top notch customer service, great prices, and tons of variety!

Just bought a new refrigerator, every step with the purchase at the Okatie store through delivery was great! Comparable prices, delivery fee better than box stores, professional and nice delivery guys. I’ll definitely be returning when I need another appliance! Glad to discover Livingood’s!
