I highly recommend Palmera Vacation Club! Kelsea helped me become an owner and has helped me book all my vacations! She is outstanding! I love traveling and Kelsea has made it very easy to do!

The sales rep we had was absolutely amazing, very sweet, she gave us so my great knowledge on there program. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with her. We will definitely be doing business with her again soon.

Not only was the conversation delightful, it felt fresh and genuine, which was a nice change from the usual, clearly scripted approach. The sales associate was delightful. Fun. Energetic. Friendly. And just a pleasure to be around. I can’t tell you how long the presentation lasted because she made it feel no longer than 5 minutes. Being knowledgeable in the service was just a bonus on an otherwise fantastic presentation.

These guys are amazing, No pressure to buy presentation, crystal clear and informative session. They provided enough information for an informed decision making. Our Marketing Representative, Dylan was professional and exceptional. He displayed great sense of humor, was straight to the point, had in-depth knowledge of available vacation home packages. Sales rep was amazing. She explained everything to a T and left no room for confusion. Upon the tour she was very patient and shower each room with detail. My favorite part of all is viewing the residences. Yall have a boujie program and I'll be back to sign up

Sales associate was very sweet and thorough and she did a very good job explaining. The tour was nice and the resort. We were not prepared to purchase but will return in the future to do so.

Kelsea was incredible and thoroughly explained every detail of Palmera Vacation Club. She answered all of our questions with honest answers based on her expertise and personal experiences. She recommended places to us in Hilton Head area. During the on-site tour, she was able to showcase the property as well as provide details about each of the properties, points and additional rewards. We didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed with details about closing and built personal connections with us. Highly recommend Kelsea and would request Kelsea before closing!
