Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

The Omni exceeded our expectations. Yes they are doing renovations but only in one building during normal business hours. It does not disrupt or detract from your stay as they are only booking rooms in the building that has already been renovated. As such, the rooms are large with nice new modern features. The rooms are also clean and quiet. Our ocean view room was as advertised. The staff is friendly. Parking is convenient. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool or poolside bars as we were here in February but they look fantastic and I can imagine very enjoyable during season. They also have an adult only pool. Beach access is excellent. My wife enjoyed a massage at the spa which she sad was excellent too. Highly recommend

I was in town for a meeting. This place is nice. My company made a good choice with this hotel. The ocean views were amazing from my room. The beach access is just steps away. Our room was very clean. The food was delicious. Although they are doing some renovations, it did not affect our stay at all. I will be bringing my family here for vacation. I have no complaints... Highly recommend.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at!!! ALL the staff that I encountered during my visit were amazing. Check in was quick and the gentleman at front desk was more than accommodating - he upgraded my room without me even asking. Rooms were clean & the cleaning staff was beyond kind every time we would see them in the hallways. The pools/ hot tubs were fantastic, food onsite was great and the waiter we had at the Buoy Bar (I think his name was Michael) was AMAZING!! Wonderful location and lots to do at the resort and near the property. Will 100% be back!

We had the most amazing experience visiting. The proximity to the beach allowed easy access. Our suite was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. Erica was amazing, adding to our family memories created. I wish I could have taken her home with us. I will be returning and hoping for the same service provided. The restaurants on the grounds were yummy and unforgettable.

Beautiful Suite with a gorgeous view. Good food available on-site for lunch and dinner. Bikes available, chairs and umbrellas available from hotel for you to set up (or from lifeguards that will set them up for you). Beautiful and short walk to the beach. Kid-friendly bar as well as adult bar available around the pool area. Food available at pool area as well. Hotel is dog-friendly which was a huge plus for us. Overall a great experience.

Stayed at the resort from 9/5 until 9/8.
The rooms were lovely, the location was amazing (steps from the beach) and the ambiance was second to none.
The staff was certainly one of the very best attributes of the resort. Whether being served by Marco at the pool cafe, or Kirkland, at the more luxurious restaurant... I can't imagine staying at a more welcoming and well run resort. I highly recommend!

Loved this resort! Fun in the sun! The staff were very kind and helpful. Service in restaurants was excellent! Place was clean. Rooms were spacious! Beds were comphy and clean! We even had a beautiful towel flower made for us by the housekeeper. We would highly recommend this resort!

We had a magnificent experience at this resort! Our room was spacious with a beach front view. Everyone was warm and welcoming! We will be back!

The Omni Hilton head was above and beyond what we expected for our honeymoon. We arrived to our room and they had surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as well as a super sweet handwritten card. All week the staff greeted us by name and were all so incredibly wonderful. Never seen such happy employees. The room was super large and they’re currently even updating them to be better than they already are. The pool service was spectacular especially Michael!! He was AMAZING! From breakfast to dinner at HH prime we loved it all! Beds were super comfy and they gave us an amazing room with views of the sunrise from our balcony! We will be coming back in the future!!

Just got back yesterday from a vacation with my adult children and grandson. We all had a great time. Loved everything. Perfect for people with young children. Room was great, pools were clean and very pretty, food so good and the staff, no matter where you were in the hotel, were so helpful and nice. We all said we were going back next year.

I stayed at the Omni this past weekend with my husband to celebrate our 11th Anniversary. Our experience from the moment we arrived was AMAZING! We are looking forward to going back next October or sooner. There are a few I would like to recognize for their stellar customer service. Gavin at XO Sports Bar(Thanks for the Anniversary treat), Shaniel at Buoy Bar (those drinks!!!!), Chili at Prime for stepping out of her role to tend to us while we dined, Tecora at Buoy, and Clint who shuttled us to our dinner reservation. There are many others but you took the cake!!! Hopefully we will see you again during our next visit.

The property was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable with a great view. If I had one suggestion it would be to install dehumidifiers in the rooms. If there was one and I missed it, please disregard. I look forward to visiting again!

It was a great experience staying here. It is well-maintained and very clean. You can tell that they are working in phases to upgrade the exterior decking. Overall it was a great experience for the adults and the kids. We stayed in room 518 from May 30th until June 3rd 2023 and our housekeeper was absolutely fabulous!

The beach was so close and it was worth every penny to stay in the ocean side.

We highly recommend this place.

I went to Las Vegas for a conference last year and stayed at the Ceasars Palace. It was garbage compared to the Omni. The service was great, the food was amazing and on the level of fine dining. And the amenities for the rooms were far better than any iv ever been to. Simple dishes? Yes. Mini fridge? Yes. Microwave? Yes. TOASTER? Yes. KUEREG WITH FREE PODS?? Yup.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to Hilton Head because the staff is always friendly and caring and it seems like everyone truly enjoys working there. The rooms are sparkling clean, they have free laundry facilities which is super convenient, three pools, one which is an adult heated pool that is amazing, a well equipped fitness room with free complimentary water bottles, great restaurants and shops right on site, and easy access to the beach! While we were there I ran into a problem with my car where a bumper shield came lose and two men on the security staff, Leo and Londo, were SO helpful in getting the shield secure enough so I could take it to the service shop. It was pitch dark outside and they were both under my car with their flashlights in the Omni parking lot helping me get it to a place so it would be safe to drive to get it fixed the following day. They went over and above the call of duty to help me with the situation and I can't thank them enough for that! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island!

My husband and I stayed here in June, 2023. Because of the pandemic, we didn't travel and weren't able to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We mentioned this to a very nice and helpful person that was taking our reservation (it was just in conversation). Upon arrival to the Omni, we received in our beautiful room, delicious chocolate strawberries and two champagne glasses with chilled champagne and a lovely anniversary card. We had a fabulous housekeeper, Laverne. She called us by name and went the extra mile for our comfort. I LOVED the Nest bath and body products that they provide. I went to the Nest website and they don't list the wonderful Sicilian Tangerine shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream, etc. I phoned the Omni to see if their gift shop carried these bath products and they don't. David was very helpful and said he'd look into my request and would get back to me. He did! And surprised me with a box full of Nest products. I really wish I could purchase these products. I can't thank David enough for following through with my request. This is just the extra-mile that Omni Hilton Head does for their guests!

The room size was generous. Didn't feel crowded with three adults sharing a room. Staff was extremely accommodating. Set right on the beach with beautiful views. The pools were great and well maintained.

Had our wedding here. The resort was fantastic and did an incredible job ensuring we had a wonderful wedding week. We spent 4 days there prior to the wedding and we were promptly attended to. Alison did a phenomenal job coordinating the event for us and was very accommodating. The resort and offered venues were beautiful. It rained the day of our wedding and we moved a number of events and pictures indoors, however the resort offers fantastic options and everything turned out perfectly. Would definitely recommend the Omni Hilton Head and will be back again. Only note is the resort gets quite crowded on the weekends during peak season and we found our week day time here considerably more enjoyable and relaxing.

We love this place! This is our second time bringing our kids here, and we had the best time. You get served food and drinks at the pool. The octopus salad is amazing! There are 3 different pools, and one is specifically for kids so they can be loud and splash and have fun. The workers are so nice. My only complaint is that there aren't ovens in the rooms.

This year makes the 3rd year for my best friend and my girl trip and again the Omni Hilton Head Resort did not disappoint! Nothing short of amazing!! The staff was wonderful! Mitch JJ Clint- the bellman

There were a couple of glitches this year with our check in and another time during our stay concerning our bill but the Manager fixed the problem and apologized

This is paradise.
We loved it here.
The resort is like a little self contained world, everything you need is within walking distance.
The pools, the spas, the beach are all wonderful.
The staff is friendly and instantly available.
The restaurant is excellent.
They also have food and drinks poolside.
They rent beach stuff, bicycles and more.
They have little 'events' for the kids each day, and fire pits to make smores!
We are sure to come back.
