My sister got a great wash. The next day or so I tried it and it wasn't working properly but ill try again.

First of all, I would like to say I tried calling with my complaint before I wrote a review. They do not answer their phones. I went to the car wash today and after I came out my car was just as dirty, but now it was also wet. It even left water stains on my windshield. Their was still dirt down the side and bugs on the front. I wanted to talk to someone to resolve this, but I will now advise everyone to not use them.
