Lynn is simply the best dental hygienist that I have ever had. Dr. Barnes himself is friendly and good at his job. If you visit the dentist to keep your teeth healthy, you can't do better.

Phenomenal staff. Nice, professional, fun, and very skilled. Dr. Barnes has been my go to for years and will continue to be the one I always recommend. Also, I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to be taken back. Give them a try!

This greedy dentist drill on all my bottom teeth when they didn’t need it. Turned him in to the dentistry board in Nashville because I ask for my X-rays to why he did this. He never took X-rays and refused my calls afterwards. All I have to say is he will reap what he sows. This man needs to lose his license.

Absolutely horrible! If I could apply negative ratings I would! I never write google reviews but given the circumstances I feel that people should be aware of who they are going to see. I am so disappointed in the services here. I have been going to Dr. Barnes for 10+ years, recently my daughter needed a tooth pulled only to have the appointment reschedule twice. She ended up in the hospital due to a tooth infection and needed IV antibiotics due to swelling reaching her neck. After 6 rounds of IV, she also needed 10 days of oral antibiotics. All which could have easily been prevented IF he informed me that it was a matter that needed attention in a timely manner, or even suggested that I go somewhere else. There was no such decency allotted to myself or my daughter to provide that transparency. Not only did he commit a disservice to my daughter. But I also received a root canal this past December and was informed that I could not get a crown due to "insurance"(which we have the best dental PPO available to us). There was not a temporary put in place either. I have now found out that this was also incorrect, and I am also at risk for infection. The icing on the cake is my insurance does cover 50% of crown work, therefore there was not an insurance issue. Instead, I feel he was trying to manufacture a situation where I would need to come in for additional dental work that would cost even more money! I cannot believe a doctor that I have seen for a decade (or any doctor for that matter) would treat a child’s situation so callously. As an adult I have more self-awareness to know when something is not right with my health, but an 8-year-old does not. Do not go to Dr. Barnes, please find an office that genuinely cares about not only their work but patients as well.

Left part of my tooth in my gum claims he didnt but i called several times he was on vacation so of course he didnt want to admit to it then because he knew my one tooth was weak he wouldnt pull the problamatic tooth now i am sitting here eye swole shut. Face hurts like hell hes tge only dentist ive seen my adult life and he can't remember the work he did not to mention he lost a drill bit in my friends mouth had to get her in for xrays incase it made ut to her lungs horrible none caring dentist cares more about money the the quality of work ill never send anyone to him again
