Extra Storage on Malvern

I’ve had a storage unit here for a few years to keep inventory and equipment for my business safe. It’s a very secure facility since it the owner had the security system redone and privacy slats added to the fence and has very little traffic due to being in a residential area and since the new owners took over in 2018 has been a very well-kept place. There are all sizes of storage units, including ones large enough that I’ve seen people store cars inside. They’ve also got an AWESOME on-site maintenace guy there that fixed a lot of things like a leak in my ceiling and the roll up door track that was being noisy and jammed.

Great place to store our extra stuff, security is 24/7 with the owner and management having access to the cameras.

To be complete honest we love it there and when I say we I mean me and all the other unit renters it's a small Lil storage Facility where most of the tenants have been there for years so we are kind a know what you other from bumping into one another coming and going from our units and we also all kind of watch out for one another making sure there's no suspicious activity going on around there why somebody would say there's people living in the unit is beyond me Cal and Vicky do a great job maintaining as well as securing the property so that something like that does not go on they are very selective on who they rent too but not that any of this really matters because most of the time there is no empty units that how much we all like it around then !!!!!!!
