Rocklyn at Samuels Ave

Recently moved in. I have enjoyed every minute. The neighbors are friendly, centrally located and the property manager Ms Arnita Session helped make the move in process smooth and easy. I think this is the last apartment I’ll live in.

If you’re interested in becoming a resident at the Rocklyn, I highly recommend Kevin B. I had a short window of time to view apartments in the area and Kevin had outstanding service. He answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. He took me on several tours to view a variety of floor plans. He really made my moving process seamless. And even after signing my lease he’s continued to be very generous and helpful to all my needs. I love my unit, and not to mention the rest of the rental office staff have been very helpful as well.

My Faith is Restored!

Let me start out by saying how thankful my husband and I are for the compassion from the NEW Property Manager Arnita Session that fought so hard to keep us from moving. We moved to this property 2020 right before Covid- we sold our house of 16 years and found this GEM. It was a short term lease but we loved it so much we kept renewing. We absolutely love the area, the downtown living and the neighbors. It became like a family right away. Throughout the years property management changed - Yesterday a family member came over and her vehicle although properly registered to avoid TOW recover a citation because of her registration not being renewed. She was advised she had 10 days to fix it even though she was just a visitor or her car could be towed. How can the tow company harass our visitors? People are going through hardships -why is that our business? that family member just lost her only brother and just went through a divorce and her tags not being renewed was because of those circumstances- yet the towing company is telling my guest fix it or I will tow your car? We have lived here for over 3 years and this experience was heartbreaking. We went to the office to find out why this was done? Arnita didn’t just brush it off. She cared. We initially left the office and I called an agent to help us look for a House to rent since our lease was going to be ending anyways . This was the straw that broke the camels back! Our appt to look at a first house was set for Saturday. We wasted NO time!

BUT Arnita took the time to do the research and provide a solution immediately! She called us asap.

We did not want to MOVE we love it here we were even in the process of transferring to a bigger unit and sign another long term lease but with this situation we just couldn’t stay. To think of our family and friends being harassed about their registration when they don’t even live here was not okay. I had followed the rules registered the car for the visit and her tags had nothing to do with her visiting us. It was ridiculous and nothing we ever experienced living here for 3 years.

Thankfully tho, she called us back. She made it clear she did not want to lose us. We have been paying rent on time and even brought some people to move in too. Every time someone comes they fall in love and want to move here! When she called us back ,
She acknowledged our concern and actually convinced us to NOT to leave. In this day and age customer service is almost non existent! she restored our faith and with so many things we have going on ourselves this was an answered prayer her efforts paid off and we are staying. She made it possible - her genuine concern and resolution made a difference.

You see, An apt is not just an apartment it’s a home and community is everything.

If you moved here you would fall in love with the views, you will feel safe you will have Fort Worth million dollar views for a fraction of the cost but most importantly you will have family.

That’s what it feels like to be in The Rocklyn and my husband and I intend to live here as long as we can till he retires in 2031 as long as we continue to feel safe and appreciated by our lovely community!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and have loved it! The building is always clean, and any service requests are completed quickly. Arnita Sessions helped us tremendously with a minor issue on our account and went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved quickly. She is very kind and you can tell truly cares about the residents that live here. The Rocklyn is truly an awesome place, I would highly suggest checking it out if you’re moving in/to Fort Worth!

Amazing property and an even better property manager!! Arnita made my move in process so smooth and easy, she is wonderful and cares about the residents. The property is clean and is well kept up with, beautiful views and amenities. If you’re looking for a nice property with great management and a beautiful view of downtown, this is the one.

I found the Rocklyn last year when I had only 1 week to relocate for work and I still cannot believe how much I lucked out til this day!! Lovely neighborhood, kind and welcoming neighbors, and despite changes management has always been super kind and accommodating to me. I’m in and out for work a lot and they’ve been nothing but understanding this whole time and even willing to work with me even over the phone. I feel like any other place would’ve just pushed me to sign the longest lease possible but Kylan helped me figure out an agreement that both got me the best rates AND takes into account my career and the flexibility it needs all while making sure I can keep my favorite place I’ve ever called home. I truly have never been happier calling a place home before and have no intention on leaving.

While out assisting my daughter with her apartment hunt we came across Rocklyn. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Arnita Session greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. She was patient and well informed. She wanted my daughter to find an apartment that would fit what she was looking for. From the units to the amenities she fell in love and applied. Love living here! Arnita is the best property manager in the metroplex! She’s professional, listens to every resident and acts quickly to resolve any issue and has made The Rocklyn a better place to live at. I will be moving into this apartment this weekend, but my boyfriend and I both feel so welcomed already with how helpful everyone on the staff has been. The property manager, Arnita, has taken the most care of us and any last minute changes. I obviously don't have much to say yet for the complex itself, but I'm so pleased with the staff so far. I'm a future resident of this property and all I have to say is that I'm elated! Arnita, the property manager was very nice and professional. She made me feel like I was already home. The property itself is a must see. The amenities are to die for. I'm really looking forward on my stay at this property!

Arnita is absolutely amazing. Very personable, prompt, hard working and compassionate. She makes the Rocklyn feel like home. Always putting the guest experience first. Treats the staff and maintenance with respect.

I’ve lived here for three years and love it. The location is great…can walk to Sundance Square, many restaurants, and movies and Bass Hall. The maintenance dept is awesome…I never have to wait on a work order. I also love the layout of my 2 bedroom. My downtown and river views are great. I feel very safe here even walking off the property. Lots of activities every month and Food Truck Tuesdays are ways management makes us feel like a tight knit community. Love it here!!!

My move in is today Arnita was very Helpful and helped me find what I was looking for. Very polite took her time and showed me each unit to best fit me I high recommend her she’s the Best. My moving process was so much easier thanks to her

First, I want to say Arnita is AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for and she went above and beyond. Looking for apartments in the past were always a hassle, but this was stress-free and it felt like home. I feel like a lot of apartments claim they are luxury, but Rocklyn backs up what they say. A lot of apartments fall short in some areas, but these exceeded my expectations. Arnita showed me several options and did not stop until I found one I was beyond satified with. The entire leasing process has been an absolute pleasure because of Arnita! She is beyond helpful and incredibly personable. I have no doubt that I can go to her for any and all issues, which makes signing a lease a pleasure rather than a gamble.

We recently decided to upgrade from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and stay close to downtown Fort Worth. There was little to choose from. After visiting all the sites, we chose Rocklyn. Our initial visit there was with Karen. She was friendly and well-informed about the property. It became our choice. One was not available at the time. When a vacancy opened, I applied online. Once the application was accepted, we visited the property to ensure all was well with the application. We visited with Arnita, the property manager. There were a few small kinks to work out and Arnita helped us finish the application and it was approved. We are now ready to move in come January. We are very pleased with the property and the staff at Rocklyn on Samuels.

Property Manager Arnita is an great property manager, she covered everything I needed to know in detail. She was very kind, professional, and she knows her job and the property. I want to thank her for a perfect experience!
