Visiting from out of state, I lost a 45-year-old crown. I called Pine Glen on a family recommendation. They took me the next day, got my crown cleaned and re-installed, and charged a very reasonable fee (I was out-of-network). Then, a month later, they mailed me a refund check!! They're almost worth moving to Peoria. ;-)

We love Pine Glen!! Office is clean and kid friendly!! Our 9 and 3 year old loved the hidden fort in the waiting area!! The hygienists were extremely friendly and made our kids feel comfortable. My husband and son saw Dr. George for their check ups and she is Amazing!! She is friendly, gentle and thorough. The staff puts the needs of the patients first and never make you feel like you have to get unnecessary treatments or procedures like some doctor's offices have in our past. Driving to Peoria from Normal is worth it, to get the treatment and care level that we had at Pine Glen!

I highly recommend Pine Glen Dental. I called over 15 dental offices today needing to get an extraction and even had one place have me drive all the way to them just to tell me I need to reschedule after I left work early to go in the first place. So I called Pine Glen and the lady at the front desk was able to talk with Dr.George and get me in!! They excelled in every aspect of their work!! From the front office, the staff, and Dr. George, you all are awesome!!! Thank you so much for getting me in on short notice and getting me fixed up!!!

Staff was very friendly! I have a long history with oral surgeries and although my anxiety was through the roof, Dr. Rice and the hygienist showed they truly cared about my comfort through the whole procedure. I feel very comfortable at Pine Glen and know the staff genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Rice is the kindest dentist on the planet, I think. She takes her job very seriously and it's comforting knowing the job is going to get done correctly with her. The staff, assistants, everyone is super friendly and it really is great if you have anxiety for dentistry. I don't think it's possible to have a better dental office than Pine Glen. They truly do care about you.

Today, I went to Pine Glen Dental Group. Every experience I had there was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Rita George did superb: I never had any kind of discomfort and the cavity I had is gone now. Dental Hygienist, Becky, never startled me either, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dental Assistant, Bayli , was also kind like Dr. George and Becky. The front desk associates were very helpful with scheduling and paperwork.

I love Pine Glen Dental, and if you have a phobia of dental procedures, there is nothing to fear here. The staff are courteous and promptly call patients from the waiting room with a smile and put you at ease. My hygienist was very friendly and thorough but so careful with cleaning procedures that I was never uncomfortable. I’ve had major dental work done as well and have always been impressed with Dr. Rice, who explains what is to be done and always includes me in discussion of future procedures! She’s the Best! I would not go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing, will not go anywhere else. Office staff is always polite and professional; Dr George is amazing at what she does and always eases any dentist-related anxiety I have. Also very willing to answer questions as I have them!

Awesome Staff - Thorough cleanings... Been going here for 30+ years and plan to convert my teenagers soon... Dr. Rice and the rest of the staff always are prompt and courteous. Dr. Pollard was always professional, and respectful and it's great to see him occasionally when I'm there on Fridays. I highly recommend this office...

I am a new patient. I shared with Dr George that i had anxiety because of past poor experiences with pain during procedures. She was calm, empathetic and managed my pain the whole time. Took frequent breaks for me and constantly asked how i was doing.The absolute best dental care i have ever received. I have found Pine Glen Dental to be efficient and friendly. The hygienists are thorough and keep you inform along the way. Dr. Rice has a great chair-side manner and gave me several options with a troublesome tooth. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Most rooms have nice floor to ceiling windows that look out into a woods like setting where the squirrels and birds of the area come to get a snack. I have always been satisfied with my experiences at Pine Glen.

Dr Rice is excellent Dentist. She is kind and the very best shot giver ever, so gentle . All of her dental work is spot on. Everyone is good at cleanings too.
The only draw back is my insurance and the fact that they are not in network. I am so comfortable that I will never change to have less out of pocket.

Pine Glen Dental has fabulous staff and doctors who made my dental visit "painless." :-) . I sat in a chair that faced a large window, able to see the natural outdoors. My hygienist Charlotte was did a thorough job while making sure that I was comfortable.

From the check in to the checkout, all are very friendly and professional. Becky, my hygienist, has been the greatest! Even though I have been assigned four dentists since I've gone there, they have all been very compassionate and gentle. My fav was Dr. Sudholt. Never an explanation as to why he is no longer there. Miss him.

Pine Glen Dental provides the best customized care for patients. I travel to Pine Glen in Peoria, all the way from Bloomington, IL for the excellent care.

I love Dr. Lakshmi Ramesh, who is phenomenal when it comes to taking care of patients. Her extensive experience, up to date with latest technologies and providing the best solution to the problem makes her one of the best Dentists in Peoria and in Central Illinois. She goes above and beyond to help her patients, always available to answer any questions, and provide guidance. She also consults with specialists if needed on the suggested treatment plan, and makes sure to take care of everything for the patient.

The office staff at Pine Glen are very friendly, and provide appointments in situations of emergency right away. The office is very clean and nicely setup making it the best place for family dentistry.

Becky, the hygienist is the best ever. Never causes any discomfort while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lori is very caring & compassionate. Excellent & professional service by all the staff.

Refused to go back after my experience 2 years ago. Now that they have new staff and new doctors, they are awesome! Definitely appreciate them texting me to notify of an appointment rather than calling. I don't like taking calls. Dr. W is the man. In and out with no problems and nice and quick.

Awesome staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Bonus: Never have to wait. If my appointment is at 8am, they call me in and start working on me right away. They are very thorough and have even taken a "courtesy" xray on rare occasion.
