Kroger

I bought a rotisserie chicken today and it was fuego (fire in Spanish). It was so flavorful and juicy in the inside. I’ve bought chicken at other places and the outside is yummy but the inside can be dry and not tasteful.
Also the staff is always pleasant.

This is one of the better Kroger stores in Peoria. Good variety and well stocked.

Little better prices then most grocery stores in the area, great deals on digital coupons and using gas points!

Anthony this morning was the utmost helpful. my mother needed a mobile chair to shop as none were charged he listened to our concerns as we most likely not going to be able to shop due to no chairs but he found us one as well. Anthony is awesome so is Arsenio!!!!!

The first Amazing saving grace of this store is... the lady that makes the FRIED CHICKEN!!! Each week I include a Kroger fried chicken dinner in our menu. Now, the chicken isn't as good as KFC's special recipe... but who can afford KFC's prices??!? No, the lovely lady who fries up Kroger's chicken is a master at her craft... crunchy coating with a tender, juicy interior!!

Second saving grace... in the aftermath of Covid - when stores like Walmart are utterly derogating their pickup customers - this Kroger location is treating their pickup customers with Respect.
I will occasionally attempt to shop inside this store, but since Kroger Corporate had them play "Hide&Seek" with all their center aisles (thinking if they move EVERYTHING around, gullible shoppers will go to the exertion and time to FIND their regularly-shopped items) customers like me (disabled, older with expendable assets) probably went across the street to shop at the nicer Hy-vee.
However, the pickup option is this Kroger's Saving Grace. I can still go to the Kroger Website (NOT the Kroger app... ALSO completely destroyed by Corporate Sapheads) and find my favorites, along with some weekly bargains. Then the lovely pickup department finds my car (30 minutes sooner than they do at Walmart) treats me Respectfully, and loads up my car.
The amazing young man who helped me yesterday was an example. Absolutely freezing temps, brutal windgusts, and this young man is out there loading up cars in a wonderfully organized manner. Courteously, and yes cheerfully!!!

I'm glad that young man, and the older lady who creates perfect fried chicken... understand that just ONE grocery store employee can make a big difference in the life of Peoria's shoppers.

This review is for Katie and the pharmacy staff. They were effective, efficient and friendly in administering Covid-19 vaccine. The day of the large blizzard they did not receive their Covid 19 vaccine shipment and had to cancel us on short notice. However, they called us the next day and told us if we could get there within the hour they would take care of us. Wonderful service, and we are grateful.

I caught a lot of great deals today. I checked out with a full cart of produce and meats for under $100.00

I always shop Kroger's and it's very clean all the time whenever I shop

I was here at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and the Kroger staff was amazing. The store was filled with shoppers and they kept the check outs moving quickly. Thanks Kroger for helping us all with our last minute shopping.

I Love Kroger's,the store is always clean,the workers are very polite and always checking to make sure I found everything I need. The pharmacy workers are polite as well. I recommend Kroger's to my family and friends. The prices are reasonable....

Old people starred at me. Also need more cashiers.. Also seen light skin woman threatened her boyfriend. Didn't feel safe. But prices was good. Not better than Walmart.

Shopping in Kroger's or doing pick up service I have been very satisfied with the friendly customer service I have received during this Covid19 pandemic from Lake St Kroger's.

My family and I shop here weekly. We love the service and everyone remembers you just like a small town store. The food is great and we always can find what we need.

Always find what I'm looking for or am told where I might now find it if they're not carrying it. Clean place. Only complaint is they need more human checkers at high traffic times. Some of refuse to use the "self check outs".

Clean store and pleasant shopping experience makes Krogers my favorite grocery store. The friendly and knowledgeable employees are the icing on the cake, so to speak.
