I am going to rate this place five stars for their live and let live mask policy to offset the negative review for no mask enforcement complaint.
But really, this place has an excellent selection of health foods and other products. I think their prices are fair and they have great deals on many of their items. Though their produce section is small, it's all high quality. I bought a bag of organic potatoes a few weeks ago and they just now started sprouting. I bought a few herbal tinctures that are tough to find in other big name vitamin shops. The employees were very kind and truly this place deserves the high rating because they are a great business. There are not enough health food stores in the area so it's awesome to have found this place.
Definitely get a smoothie while you're there!

Sunrise Foods is a hidden gem of Peoria Health and Wellness. They have an amazing selection of grass fed meats, organic dairy, and organic produce. They also have so many lovely vegan options. My personal favorite part of this place is the juice bar. They have fresh organic juices and smoothies which as a holistic health coach, I was seriously in shock to know it’s 100% organic. My favorite smoothie is the a tropical Green and I love the “ABC” Juice on a day where I need a little detox! I shop here weekly and enjoy the lovely atmosphere, employees, and all the healthy goodies!!

They have a great variety of foods for healthy eating and supplements for good gut health. With 80% of your immune system centered in your gut, it's critical to eat healthy balanced meals. Sunrise can help do that.
Friendly staff and ample parking.

They have lots of vegan options, a wide variety of organic and non gmo products, and cruelty-free products!
It is a nice store to shop at. It is expensive but it is worth supporting small businesses like this.
What they carry sometimes changes so some of the things I've bought here are no longer available.
Their staff is friendly. I like that they offer plastic free options so you can bag dry snacks and ingredients for yourself. I hope that the store will offer more package free options in the future.
I do miss their vegan chocolate chip muffins 😢

An excellent grocery/market for holistic herbs, foods, medicinal extracts, oils, powders, etc. A definite location worth supporting.

I was incredibly impressed with the friendliness and accomodating kindness of the staff, in particular, a lovely red headed checkout lady. My 4 year old son had his arm casted the day we went to Sunrise, and it was about an hour's drive home, and she sweetly heated a frozen item for him so he wouldn't be hungry, then when after we checked out I found an item we'd purchased was already open, she let us exchange the item for a fresh one and pretended to check it out again when my son was worried we hadn't paid for it (because it was an exchange (0;). What a pleasant experience! There were also gentlemen stocking the store who were friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning. Excellent place to shop for vegetarians, vegans, or other health- and diet-specific needs. I'm able to buy in bulk, and find specialty things I can't find at my local grocers. They offer daily deals on medicines and foods and whatever. I like to buy my supplements there because I know they are higher quality. The cafe is small but cute! Helpful staff, easy parking, worth checking out. Bonus: Also has a sushi place next door with vegetarian & vegan options!

This is the best place to grocery shop in central Illinois. Their produce selection is always great including a lot of local and seasonal offerings, always organic too. No sprays allow here : ) The staff is super helpful and I always walk out of there a bit happier after interacting with them. Their produce prices are better than HyVee's in almost every instance as well as being of a higher quality level and freshness. You also get 5% back on everything by using their rewards card which really adds up. If you're passionate about the food you eat and serve to your friends and family, Naturally Yours is the place to shop.

Can't ask for a much better local grocery store. Love the selection of goods. I love that I can bring my own containers for bulk items and reduce plastic waste. The staff is always so pleasant about helping me and are even very kind to my children when I bring them in.

I have been dealing with some serious health issues due to unfortunately required surgeries. Instead of taking lots of drugs, I have decided to approach my recovery in a holistic manner. . I have been coming here for about four years now, and I have always received well informed and excellent service.

Always excellent customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and if they do not know they have no problem finding someone who does. They also have 3 options on their water dispenser. I highly recommend Naturally Yours Grocery.

I have always found the employees at Naturally Yours helpful and knowledgeable. They've even given me great ideas. One has become a yearly Xmas gift favorite of friends and family. That is making homemade salt scrub and homemade bath salts with their essential oils, plus other oils like almond, apricot, jojoba, and coconut oil, glycerin, baking soda and castile soap.

We shop here weekly for items that I can only buy at Naturally Yours. Delicious soups and fresh raw vegan desert options available in addition to sandwiches and smoothies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great selection of supplements and healthy groceries. I just moved from Chicago and they have all go to items plus more. They also have local eggs and other things.
