I had an amazing experience with this hotel and staff. The on property manager Jessica. Went above and beyond measure to ensure we could access our room, ( policy states a $25 early check in fee) but was well worth it. We were able to safely get ready and dressed for a concert we attended . Making my daughter’s safety a priority hence the early check in. Will certainly stay here again. Rooms were clean . Zero complaints.

It's an updated motel. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel for the price, you'll be disappointed. Value = price paid. It was clean and you can tell someone put at least a little thought into trying to make it nice. Yes there are quirks and things that can improve but you're about 10-12 minutes drive to downtown..45 seconds to Waffle House....2 minutes to Lane Motor Museum...8 minutes to The Listening Room...15 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was very strong smell of cleaning supplies/air freshener upon first walking in which was a bit overwhelming but did eventually dissipate. Breakfast was ok... nothing special but it's complementary so there's that.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel overnight. My experience was great! This is an eccentric hotel very close to the Nashville zoo. It has character, the bed is comfy, the bathroom was great, and the water took no time to heat up. My only complaint was the pillows! There was some wear and tear here and there, but nothing concerning. We didn't have an issue with any noise but I guess that varies from person to person.
Checking in and out was a breeze, and all staff were very friendly. We didn't make it in time to eat at the pub, but they still serve drinks very late. Luckily it's less than a minute drive to the Waffle House nearby. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend to anyone.

I stayed at this location for three nights. I was very satisfied with my stay. They do allow pets. I was glad about that since I have a dog. I would definitely stay there again.

It's not a HOLIDAY INN, BUT I prefer it over a HOLIDAY INN. They were very respectful and kind. They were patient. And clean. They have way more to offer than other motels, hotels, and inn's. The location was good for my needs. This place has all the bells and whistles. I'm saying this out of pure honesty. I've worked at Hotels and Motels. Some were the worst conditions and some worst management. This has both amazing staff, and conditions. Very clean. Had a small issue with the cable but I fixed that easily. They had a very busy weekend due to holiday's. I won't hold that against them. My daughter had a blast THAT made it worth it. No matter where you stay thiers going to be kinks and dents. NO ONE IS PERFECT. As a adult we have to weigh the pros and cons. This place DEFINITELY has more pros than anything. I will be suggesting this place to others. 100%!! And I'm a Local to Tennessee.

Relax and quite clean, I will definitely return and stay again... Latino store near and the waffle House too ☺☺

Don’t let you fool for the stuff you read online.! I was worried cause all the bad reviews this hotel have it.! But it’s pretty clean, the staff it’s amazing, and it’s on a good location closed to everything. The bed are really comfortable and the rooms look like a small apartments.

The stay was great. Staff was wonderfully welcoming. Loved it. The room really was 5 stars, but I'm not a fan of soft beds so I took 1 for me personally. But 100% stay here.

I was so afraid after read comments of other guests, but finally we got the most amazing experience. The ladies in the front desk were awesome. The lady who made my check out was pretty helpful and warm. The hotel has big spaces, amazing fitness center and rooms were big and clean. A bad thing that you have to improve the cleaning of common spaces like fitness center, although there was a sign of cleaning schedule the space does not have water or towels to use. The breakfast was good but too much sugar, you have to add some eggs or some protein.

Our room is so spacious, I have never seen such a big bathroom (with extra storage), and there's a full kitchen, too. Everything is pretty clean. There are restaurants nearby, but they include breakfasts for all guests. We plan to stay for several days and I know it's going to be a wonderful time.

The rooms were just as advertised and was very clean... The hotel is located right off of the highway and front desk was very helpful and professional... I would recommend everyone to stay here and tell them that Shalonda sent you

Nice for the price. Seemed pretty clean. The rooms are tile and I walked around in socks without getting my socks dirty. Bed was super comfortable. My room had a refrigerator and microwave . This came in handy for chilling some sodas and warming some noodles. Close enough to downtown and the airport so Uber rides are fairly cheap. Checking in was fast. I checked in pretty late at night and everything went smoothly. Staff was nice and seemed to care.

We stayed for three nights during a Convention at the Music City Center. Although it is an older building, the new owners and operators have done a really good job of fixing it up. The room was clean with wood flooring, the staff was super nice, and the fitness center is excellent! My son enjoyed the outdoor pool. Our room was very spacious, allowing plenty of room for our dog crate and an air mattress. One temporary drawback is that there is not a breakfast provided as advertised. Coffee is served, but their agreement with the adjoining restaurant lapsed. I am sure that they will work the issue out soon so I kept the rating as a five.

I liked the cleanliness overall.
It seems that it's been recently updated and upgraded. I loved the hardwood in the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
The gym is big. It has everything you need.
The swimming pool was closed but they cleaned it daily.
Staff was friendly.

Booked via airbnb - overall great experience.
Clean room - super friendly staff - and a nice breakfast with plenty of selection. Really cool club house with pool table, ping pong, & separate area to watch movies.

There were some minor things that made the place look a little "less nice" for example - a clock in a main area was missing a number. The door to my bedroom was a little hard to open, and then the bathroom in the clubhouse was missing like the thing that covers the toilet paper lol.

So honest review- heck yeah it was worth the money and none of that stuff affected my stay at all. I think this place used to be rougher back in the day but got new owners and they fixed it up.

For the price we paid it had everything we needed and more, as well as being clean. We had a fridge, microwave small kitchen area, a hairdryer and iron with ironing board. The towels and sheets were clean and comfy beds. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends

Well it's a hotel saw a lot of bad reviews on this place after we booked the room so was a little anxious about it. But it was really nice room was clean, staff was great, it was a little noisy but that was expected with the main hwy about 100 yards from the room would definitely come back

The staff was amazing and super helpful, plus our room was very clean and looked Better than the photos! The people that were staying next door to us were absolutely awesome and were Great people as well, they recommended great local places to check out and offered Great conversation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we Would absolutely stay here again!

Not fancy. Great for solo travelers that don't spend a lot of time in the room. By far the largest and best equipped hotel-gym I've ever stepped in. Pool is nice and well maintained too. I stayed 4 nights and never got room service. That aside, you can't beat $120/night for being 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 from the airport. The front desk lady was extremely nice and polite as well.
