If you aren’t using Tax Pros then you are missing out! I have been using Nakeesha for about 7 years now and she never disappoints. She is very trustworthy and efficient. I always have questions when it comes to tax related things and she never makes me feel as if I’m bothering her. If you are looking for a professional place that will get you a great refund then this is the place to go.

First I want to say thank you for always reminding me to do my taxes yearly. I’ve been with Keisha for over 7 years wait maybe longer and I don’t plan on leaving. I have never had an issue. Even when I gave the wrong account # (she paid) to get my check sent by mail to me. Professional. If you have an issue with Keisha or her staff it is only because of mixed communication it is never on purpose. She will fix the issue if she is aware. 5 Stars always! See you next year.

If I can give kiesha more than 5 stars I would she deserves it . The customer service and professional manner is off the chart. I have been using Nakeesha as my tax pro for nearly a decade! Because of the type of work I do and the different types of ticketing I use to bill clients for my job, I have had issues with OTHER tax preparers in the past.

This woman is amazing, she is thorough, and she is honest. I have never had a bad experience, and I would never utilize another preparer after my experiences here with Nakeesha, this is the ONLY place I would refer ANYONE to have their taxes done. Her ability to stay on top of new rules, regulations and updates allows her to efficiently utilize the tax booking system; even when I come in with my mountain of receipts (I’m a 1099 and I’ve got a business and I work also for non profits!) it doesn’t slow her down one bit, nor is she even stressed out to deal with it! I LOVE coming here, I love the people that work with her as well. Before I had been using another individual for tax return applications and I got flagged several times due to the inaccuracies on my returns which would cause extremely lengthy delays, cost me even more money to have things reprocessed, and also a lot of stress and worry. (I don’t know about you, but I definitely don’t want the alphabet people knocking on my door for a mistake!)

She's been my tax lady since I first figured out I could file taxes and since then I've trusted her and only her to do my taxes every year. She's extremely responsive and professional and has your best interest at heart(meaning she'll get you back all your money you worked hard for). She'll take you through every step and answers all questions no matter how many you have. She'll also take her time with you. No rush. No funny business. She's one of the best tax preparers/filers I've ever had and she's the only one I've ever had so that says a lot! I wouldn't trade her for anything!
