Best Buy

Well it started out kind of awkward. You know just browsing around but then I stumbled into what I seem to think. Maybe a new friend. Very knowledgeable staff. He knew what I was looking for before I did and he hit it right on the money and nailed the price. I'll tell you what. I may not remember his name but that was a hell of a deal. Open box is a way to go. Thank you! Best buy employee you rock the day. I love this thing more than life. Not more than that. Employee loved his job. He was so knowledgeable. He knew every inch of that machine and my needs and they were met hard and correct.

Needed to buy a new XBox Wireless Controller!
Only had a few on the shelf but none were wireless.
We found an employee and asked for help.
He was awesome, stopped what he was doing and looked it up on his phone and found they did have them up front.

Went up front and the nice man grabbed the one my grandson was wanting and took it to check out!

He got the STELLAR SHIFT! It’s color changing with custom rubber grips!

It was an over the top experience ate the Denton Best Buy!

I like going here because the selection is HUGE. Almost every employees is glad to stop and answer a question if you have one, or open a register if the pay lines get long. Probably the best thing is the sample stations they run on Friday night, (and maybe Saturday night, too). All in all, my go-to for spirits.

So, I was getting a computer together with Geek Squad, pretty beefy thing at that and one with cooling as a factor because of the Ryzen 9 in there. However I had a faulty pump, the thing is that the person helping me also had a beefy AMD processor and was able to recommend the water cooler he uses himself for his personal gaming computer. Needless to say, my gaming PC is working great, temps are fine even after 6 hours of straight gaming.

Cannot beat Best Buy shopping experience and service. I have the Total Tech membership plan and it has saved me time and money multiple times. Love Best Buy!

Stereo and speaker install. The technician was very helpful and did a great job!! I wish I remembered his name. Install was Feb 2nd hopefully management can look it up and pass on the praise!!

I stop by here probably once a month, and every time I do, I see Lucas who works here and he is always helping people and getting people to laugh, making there day better! He listens to people and treats everyone with respect, he should definitely be promoted to hiring manager so he can bless this business even more!

Today was a tough day with my phone completely breaking and needing one for work and to manage time sensitive things and Best Buy in Denton was the only ones able to help. Autumn was the sales person and she had the best most positive attitude that just made everything feel so much less stressful and made my week so much better. She definitely represented that store and herself so well with some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Just so thankful for it and that Best Buy was able to help me out.

My hubby and I love Best Buy! The Best Buy in Denton near the Home Goods and Casadilla, had excellent customer service and were very patient with our 2 littles going crazy.

I purchased a headphone online and as I pulled into the parking lot got the text notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. I walked right into the pick up area, The cheek went right back to get it and I was out the door within 10 minutes!

Just visited this location with my friend who was buying a Mack charger and the guy who helped us out was a good guy. He would explain all the different types of chargers and pricing options.

Very good experience, all of the blue shirts were busy and had people waiting, but a guy in a black shirt stepped right in to help. I guess he was just working the floor because he had no keys to the cabinet and didn't work the registers. He was able to answer all of my questions and get the people with the keys to get my product. I was shopping for a laptop.

It was great. Having Jenna help me find a phone, smartwatch, and air buds was a painless task of the day. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone was also nice, helpful people. Will definitely go back for future purchases.

I bought my router in Sept at Best Buy. The router decided it did not want to work anymore. I am a total tech member, and so off I go to Best Buy. Easiest thing ever. I walked in router in hand. They directed me to customer service. 10 minutes later I walk out with a new router. Awesome service.
