Absolutely amazing service! Manuel was great! Not only did we not have to worry about our refills but he was always checking up on us. My parents can be very needy at times but Manuel didn’t get frustrated at all, just kept smiling. Kudos to him! We will definitely be back! If you’re stopping by make sure to try the chicken puffy tacos, chicken/beef caldo, and the guiso plate!

They have an extensive menu with great food! The service was fantastic with a friendly, family atmosphere. I highly recommend you give them a try!

We come here like every other Sunday from Sherman Denison and it is worth the drive the food is always hot and fresh and they keep our cups filled damn good salsa always take me some when I leave

Close to work, a group of us will go 1 to 3 times a week and I have not been disappointed once. When you sit they bring out individual salsa plates and it is hot and addictive. Their sweet tea is the best and there isn't anything on the food menu that disappoints. My most common order is the green chicken enchiladas w/ sour cream. I've enjoyed their ground beef tacos that are seasoned so well, but this last trip I ordered the chicken chimichanga. The shredded chicken was so moist and flavorful inside the crispy flour tortilla and the queso over it was so good. Someone is continually checking and refilling drinks and salsa and the service is so on point. Love it

First time here, was concerned about it being packed, which it was but that didn’t slow down anything! As soon as we came in, we’re greeted and seated. Waitress was quick to get our drinks. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and the food smelled soooooo good. Will definitely be back soon ❤

Great service and incredible food. We each had different flavors of their margaritas and they were all great. My special was so big, they brought it out on two dinner plates. Fantastic.

I grew up eating at the original Herreras in East Dallas. I was so incredibly happy when I heard their daughter was opening this restaurant. All my favorite recipes. My 10yo son says it is the best tex Mex food he has had. We try to make it every couple of weeks and I tease my dad who retired out of town that we are going without him 🤣😍❤❤❤

The best Mexican food in Dallas! Expect to wait unless not going in peak hours. Parking stripes are close together so park around back where they are spaced out more. Been going to Herrerra’s for over 35 years. Talked with owner and so happy they reopened. She said they were able to get the same cooks since like the 1970’s..

Came on a slow day but the service was great along with the food. Best beef fajitas I have ate from a restaurant. I even forgot to take a picture of a full plate so here's my almost empty plate. Prices are ok but the food was worth it. Not a long wait either, but again I came on a slow day and time.

Went here with a coworker on a Thursday! Turn Up kareokee. The guests/family was life and joy to my soul. Aug 3 is Bianca Birthday!!!! See you Thursday

I feel like I’m back on Maple Aveonce again. Service great. Sour cream chicken enchiladas still the best.

A Dallas Landmark well-loved by locals! Consistently excellent Tex-Mex and on weekends there's menudo. Has a bar and also a beautiful covered patio out front. Always ready to go back for more!

The waitress was very kind, I ordered guiso de rez, it was pretty good but the place I had it last was better. Needless to say I would definitely go back but next time I think I'll try menudo.

We have gone to the Herrera's restaurants for years. Today was the first time I tried this location. It was as good as the other locations!

Food is still amazing and so so satisfying. Some of the best TexMex I've had.

I see a couple of reviews saying the food is not the same. I strongly disagree. I've eaten at Herreras 100s of times from the original on Maple, the 2nd and 3rd locations on Maple, Sylvan and now Harry Hines. The food is very much the same as always.

My husband and I began our Love story at the Carrollton location years ago. We came to the one in Dallas today to cruse down memory lane. This location is fairly small and parking can be tricky but the Food was Amazing and worth the drive. And at the end you must treat yourselves to the sopapilla that comes with strawberries and ice cream. This place is a must try.

We LOVE this place!! Our absolute FAVORITE Date Night spot ♥♥ We will miss the EXCELLENT food 😋 and the BEAUTIFUL people who served here. THANK YOU For the countless lemons!! 😂
