A&B Sewer & Drain Cleaning

With a 600 ft clogged French drain, I made 20 phone calls before reaching A & B. They were not afraid of the challenge and did a brilliant job in freeing the drain in 2 hours. First off, I have to say that these guys are AMAZING. I've been in in construction for 20 yrs and we were told by THREE different plumbers that we would have to dig up a sewer line in order to fix it. These guys came out and had different solutions and fixed it in an hour where 3 others couldn't. Saved the tenants from having to spend Christmas in a hotel and were quick and professional. I know who I am calling for any of my future drain cleaning for sure. Would recommend: 100%

I had a ejector pump go out on my septic system and initially called one of the big name plumbing businesses to assess the situation. After being quoted $3,700 for the repair I decided to shop around. Tom and Kennedy were very responsive and brought the pump needed to do the work on the spot. This was a dirty job and they kept it light hearted and fun the entire time. The total price including the pump was $1,200, saving me $2,500. I’m still shocked at the price difference. I highly recommend these guys and will 100% use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Tom was able to come work on my sewer within about an hour and did a great job. He’s super nice and very knowledgeable. My duaghter was having trouble with her drain too so I asked when he could go look at that one too and he was able to get to it the same day. I’m impressed. Oh, and he charged $50 less than the last guy I used. Thanks Tom!

Our septic was backed up and we had it pumped about 2 months ago. It started backing up again. They came by and pumped it out and cleaned the tank and leach lines. They did a great job and I’m so grateful to have this fixed right!

We had a main sewer line blockage and these guy's came out to clean the main line. We thought it was fixed and then had a problem again on the following Sunday. Alex and Tom came out Sunday evening to guarantee their work. I was absolutely blown away with their honor to help us out again on Sunday and guaranteed their work from the previous time they had come out. I would definitely use them again!

We hade a sewer main break under the front yard. Big mess!!!! Tom had a big vac truck there within an hour and was able to suck it all up and excavate down 10 feet to the broken pipe. Wow! This is the type of company I like doing business with - they are local, know their business, great problem solvers, and real people. Tom and his associate (I can't remember his name) showed up and did a fabulous job removing rocks/mud from a clogged french drain pipe. I could tell this was not their usual job, but they had a 'can-do attitude' and figured out how to make it happen. I will call these guys again - for sure.

Prompt response after being given the run around/no show/Price gouging by other septic companies in Salt Lake City! We had some issues with directions to the house, but Tom honored the original quote even though the truck got lost and it was a couple hour delay.Everyone with a septic tank will be a repeat customer and this is the first company in the Salt Lake area that actually acted like they would want our business again, and I will use them again.
