I came in a week ago to meet with Carlos and Tommy to inquire about trading in my vehicle and leaving the lot with a more reliable vehicle. These two gentlemen were VERY helpful as they were patient, kind, and determined to assist me with getting into a newer vehicle on such short notice. They were with me every step of the way and made sure I got the best deal possible within the parameters of my budget. I came with a 2014 Mazda 6 and left with a 2022 Kia K5 and I couldn’t be happier!!! I will be referring anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to them and their dealership. Thanks again guys!!!

I scheduled an appointment for one of three free oil changes. While I can’t recall her name the lady I worked with, she kind and very helpful. She could see that I was new to this and helped me by informing me of each step. I was able to get my oil changed and my tires rotated quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my baby for me. Top tier service in my opinion.

Worked out beautifully. From start to finish, whole process was rather easy. I told Mr Brett what I was there for, where my income & credit were, and what my budget was. We found the vehicle, test drove, appraised my trade, and played the bank & approval games until time to go sign paperwork. This is my third vehicle purchase from Southfork- and I’ll be back when it’s time to do it again.

I have had my Dodge Charger for four years and I love it. I only wish I didn’t love it so much because I have 101,000. I hope to do all my future car purchases from Southfork Dodge.

I went in to Southfork because I had a consistent rattling coming from my engine and had an intermittent check engine code. I checked in with the team at the Service lane and the first young man was so polite he ran the code and indicated there was a stored code, but nothing glaring. I came back because the noise was persistent. I checked in with Courtney. She and the Southfork team of mechanics are honest and straight forward. They didn’t discover any issues under the hood, but found a wallet with a little under $200, which my kid sister had lost a year ago. When I say I was beyond floored by the professionalism and honesty.

It was my first time at Southfork, so I was not sure about the operations When I came in to talk to a representative. Courtney Wright greeted me. I mentioned that I had a 7am Oil change/tire rotation appointment. She pulled up my service appointment and also gave me some recommendations on improving the performance on my vehicle. I accepted her recommendations that was needed, and I also reminded her that I had a VA appointment that I had to get to. In closing, all service was completed along with a car wash and I made my VA appointment👍

The purchase was quick and painless. I usually despise the car buying process due to all the haggling. However I’ve made 2 purchases in the last two years from SFCDJR. I give both experiences an A+. Ramsi was excellent keep up the great service.

I absolutely loved my experience at your dealership. I was lucky enough to have had Marshall helping me. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about buying my Jeep Gladiator.

I highly recommend Tommy Haynes, my salesperson. He listened to us and addressed any and all questions we had. He was patient and also provided a level of professionalism that is often rare in the car-buying world because everyone just wants a quick sale - not so with Tommy. I had a great experience with the service team. I was greeted promptly. Services were explained. I was kept informed of progress the whole time. Staff was friendly and professional. Waiting area was stocked with snacks and beverages. It was a clean and inviting area with plenty of workspace. I was in and out fast!

Marshall was great.... no hassle... he listened to my wife's and my wants and needs. This was a large purchase and he made us both feel comfortable with this purchase. We would grade his salesmanship a 10+. Thank you very much.

The service advisor Ron Gayden is so awesome. He is patient and kind, and has a wonderful personality. He listen attentively, he follows up on your repairs and update you constantly. He explains things in detail so that women that are not familiar with parts and services understand what is happening. I am pleased with my service and I know that if something dies not seemed okay He will take care to resolve my worries.

Johnny was great, professional and helped my mom and I look at several vehicles. What was disappointing is Gabriel came to where we were sitting and aggressively interrupted a smooth sale process at the time and said he needed his desk. Johnny tried to nicely redirect the conversation/remind him that they were among guest but Gabriel continued to try to make everyone move. Gabriel’s comments and actions made my mom and I feel extremely uncomfortable. However Johnny again was awesome, very professional and made my car buying experience enjoyable. Thank you Johnny for all of your help!

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, discovered a few things that needed to be replaced. Ricardo was extremely helpful in finding ways to save me some money and even threw in the oil change/rotation for free due to needing to wait a bit longer. Very impressed with their honesty how I've seen them put the customer first thus far, will definitely be back for future needs.
