We use Guardian for approximately 20 locations. Recently, I needed a copy of an invoice so I called and spoke to Jessica. She was very friendly and professional, and answered my questions quickly. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Bruce was excellent! He showed up and listened to me ramble about how stressed I was with our flea problem. Even though it wasn’t out of control, I was very worried and called Guardian when I realized it wasn’t something I was prepared to deal with having six kids, three who are six and under. He explained the process and made me feel so much better. We cleared everything out from under the beds and hopefully made the process as easy and effective as possible for him. The only things That could have been improved on (nothing to do with Bruce) we’re 1. Letting us know exactly what we should do before our technician arrived, I had to research it myself which was fine too but I would have felt better knowing we did everything we could to make the process easier for him. 2. Giving a better time estimate. We waited all afternoon because we were told “between 1-5pm” and when I called at 4:30ish I was told we were probably his last call for the day. Maybe just update people if possible. Other than that we were satisfied thus far. As much as I appreciate all that has been done, fingers crossed we don’t need this service again!

I just wanted to give a review for anyone that is or will ever look for employment for this company... it is a GREAT company to work for. I was recently employed there and they were awesome. The employees really care about everyone. It is by far one of the BEST companies i have ever worked for. Thank you guys for giving me the opportunity.

I'm not sure why they have so many so low reviews. I had my cabin sprayed which is on Lake Superior and the differnece is amazing!!! Wow, the reduction in mosquitos is better than I expected. Thank you!!!

I have used them for many years as needed (which has only been a few times). They have ***always*** been honest and fair, and have never tried to pressure me into anything. I am not a chemical pesticide fan if it's overused, but when it's necessary it's nice to know there is a company which won't sell you too much. Highly, highly recommend.

PS--When I took what I thought was a 'bedbug' into the office (panicking!), they examined it and assured me it wasn't a bedbug. Super nice people. FAIR PRICES.

Very knowledgeable staff and backed by a PhD. Entomologist. I had a cockroach infestation at my hotel and their PhD Entomologist came to my hotel with my Technician and inspected the whole property and found were the cockroaches were coming from. Very competitive pricing and they truly understand the meaning of service.

Use them for Pests. highly recommended by local coffee shops owners.

SNOW PLOWING: They did a WONDERFUL JOB with a BOBCAT on snow removal of my blocked alley garage entranceway that the City PLOW had windrowed a HUGH ICE FROZEN snow bank blocking me in. Snow blowers and shovels had a "MISSION IMPOSSIBLE". Guardian came and looked, then when and got a BOBCAT and made short work out of this problem. He uses One ton truck plows, not wimpy smaller units, and a BOBCAT is a sign of an outfit that knows it's business. "The RIGHT TOOLS for the JOB"
