Santo Taco

This place has a great vibe and the food was delicious too. We tried the fish tacos and the quesadillas. So fresh and tasty. The salsa bar was particularly interesting and good. The staff was friendly.

Super good food! Loved this place! Apparently Guy Feiri ate here in 2021! I got some tacos, fish taco, carnitas, and asada. All amazing and clean salsa topping bar! Would definitely come again.

We went to lunch with my beautiful daughter at Santo Taco today, it was my first time eating there, she loves their Birria tacos with consommé, and wanted me to give them a try. The service was very fast and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and organized. They had a really good salsa/condiment bar, I really liked the avocado salsa, it was my favorite. Great pico, radishes, limes, all my favorite street tacos toppings except, no pickled carrots, which I missed. The consommé was served in a styrofoam cup, it was served hot and it was tasty. The Birria was very good as well. The lunch I ordered was a super good value as well, 3 Birria tacos, consommé, and a large drink all for $10.00. I am looking forward to trying other menu options, soon. I would definitely give them a try, I was a very happy customer. The only draw back was the seating, it is all on bar stool type chairs and tables, very tall. Those needing lower seating options are out of luck. 😍🌮

Found this place off of an Instagram "Must try this spring" post. Kind of an interesting location, in a rough part of Rose Park. Very clean building. We ordered using the touch screen ordering system. Food was decently priced, was ready quick, and was super tasty! Would definitely recommend!

You walk in and notice a ton of little flags on the ceiling which is so cute, a little extra taste of Mexico! Lol, I also noticed they had a few awards presented. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I tried the al pastor and asada tacos. The tortillas literally tasted like they were handmade and both meats were really good. However, I did like al pastor a bit more! We also ordered an order of carne asada fries and they definitely gave you a very good size portion! Plus, they also have a pretty good size salsa cart and things to choose from for toppings.

Stopped by this little gem on Halloween for a late lunch and it was such a great decision! I'd heard good things about Santo Taco but nothing prepared me for the tastiness of the food! My husband and I ordered the birria tacos and I got a fish taco to try as well. Everything was so delicious and fresh! The fish was perfectly fried and moist, not dried out. The salsa bar was awesome (LOVE the Avocado salsa!). Our order was prepared quickly and the staff was friendly - definitely a place we will be back to!

Saturdays tacos Al Pastore are one dollar! Do I know it was awesome! Inside was clean workers very friendly and they had a very nice sitting area outside. The salad bar with all of the toppings could use some work but it was also the end of the night. Definitely will be coming back here top tacos I’ve had in the Salt Lake Valley!

Laid-back casual and clean establishment. Worth getting the birria and fish tacos!

Tacos
-Carne asada tacos were okay. I don't think I would get this again.
-Fish Tacos are very good and I would come back here for specifically this! It's fried with some veggies on top and sauce!
-Birria Tacos we're really good! Crispy and flavorful!

Fries
-Carne Asada Fries. I wouldn't get this ever again nor recommend it due to the cheese. The cheese is like nacho cheese sauce. Not my preference, I didn't notice until I opened my order.

Drink
-Horchata it was okay. Not the best nor the worse I ever tried.

I would come back for the fish and birria tacos! :)

very good selection in the salsa bar. the zucchini tacos are very flavorful and taste very fresh. there is not too much cheese, just the right amount. the flour tortilla for the taco is very good. i wish they were open until 2 am.

I had this spot saved on my maps for the longest after watching Guy Fieri on DDD. The place did not disappoint. My only wish would be get a liquor license so i can drink some "beer and tacos." I am definitely coming back. Provecho!

Neighborhood taco shop that works hard and delivers delicious classic tacos. Mine were stuffed with quality pork, beef, and chicken with tasty marinades, great texture, and the depth of flavor that comes from a good chef who knows how to use charring in meat and pineapple.

A well stocked bar of taco extras round out the experience, my salsa Verde was sharp and hot, my chopped onion and cilantro was crunchy and sweet.

This was a Food Network favorite last year and you can taste the reasons on your plate.

We landed in Salt Lake City and we were looking for a place to have lunch near the airport. We searched for a place nearby and we decided to have tacos at Santo Tacos. It is a small taco place with different variety of taco options. After looking at the menu we decided to order bunch of tacos which included chicken tacos, fish taco, pork taco and different veggie tacos. We got our order in 10 minutes which included taco and the meat as well as veggies. We filled the ingredients from the ingredient section. I loved the idea of ingredient section as it gives users options to fill the tacos according to their taste. Amazing place with different taco options. Loved the place and the food.

Love their tacos! The shrimps are my favorite and last time I asked for a recommendation for sharing and the gal said she liked the asada nachos and boy did that deliver! They were so good! I feel like we (my husband and I) rarely finish nachos when we order them but we cleaned the plate 😋 so good!

Delicious! Best Al Pastor I've ever had and I am crazy about the Birria tacos! 🤤😋 Great service as well, they gave my little boy a complimentary side of rice and beans. Their meat is so juicy, tender and full of flavor. A MUST try place for sure!

Normally I'm under the opinion that the best tacos come from sketchy street carts, but these tacos were great and there wasn't a need to shiver in the cold. I stopped by here to grab some tacos as part of a birria taco promo. I had 3 of the birria tacos, and they were fantastic. Full of flavor and delicious. I could have definitely eaten 9 of them, and would suggest ordering more items. The restaurant itself had a fun design, a clean environment and lots of photo ops. I would definitely recommend this place.

I used Santos for a work function. We ordered the taco bar with 3 different meats.
It was absolutely the BEST!!!!! Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and the tacos were out of this world!

For the price of food, it is well deserved. I loved the Al Pastor tacos. Nicely marinated and topped off with fresh cut pineapple. The chingon taco is every good put together. Liked all of it.

This place needs its own food network! It’s simply one of the best tacos I’ve ever had. I’m talking about the Barilla tacos. Wow! The sauce you dip it in is wonderful! I also had the fish taco and it was amazing. I had the beef tongue taco and it was very good too. The Carne Asada fries are to die for. Go here. Enjoy this place to the fullest. Oh and I topped it all off with a fresh baked churro with cinnamon and sugar.

Birria and Lengua tacos reminds me of my mission in New Mexico and texas! Very good food Santo taco great authentic Mexican. The Birria is my favorite especially with the dipping sauce 🌯🌮

Another home run from Santo Taco. I got the nachos with calabacitas (vegetarian) and my partner got the carne asada quesadilla. The food came fast and the service was great. We are both stuffed and thrilled.
