Manager rang me up today. She was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable. Product pricing is pretty typical, but service like that will keep me coming back!

So literally Every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve received excellent customer service from the employees. Ashley was very knowledge of products I needed on the first visit. Nikki and Chrissy were great and very helpful and friendly on my last visit. I drive from Lancaster to visit this location.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. Great selection and prices. Friendly and very helpful staff and owner. Knew what I needed and the lovely ladie was quick to give me a few options but I guessed wrong on specs. Returned shortly and was helped by the owner with no problems. Great people. Will return and highly recommend.

Ahmad is an excellent and knowledgeable member of the staff. This location always has exceptional glassware for very reasonsble prices. Ahmad's recommendations are well thought out and specific to the customer's expected use.

I came here not really knowing what to get but I knew I wanted a hookah. I was able to get all my puff plus bars (which were sooo tasy) without any trouble and got EVERYTHING i needed to setup a new hookah and love it. Thanks to Kayliee, i was treated so nicely and didn't feel naive to what i was interested in. be careful with how much you spend!! you can get carried away due to the awesome service and great prices. thanks guys

My friend and I went here yesterday to buy a hookah and Kaylie Kelso was so helpful! She was very nice and broke down every single possible thing to us when we asked. I’ll definitely be going back!

I come to this shop all the time, they have a great rewards program and amazing staff, Ashley is always able to help me out finding new products and keeping update on what’s in stock. And they have a huge variety of products.

My boyfriend and I live up the road from this place and we come here often 🙌 Everyone's always super helpful whenever we come in. Ahmad, who just recently helped us pick out a different flavor to try really helped us find and try something new.

We have been customers from day one but we rarely go in there anymore because most if not all of the employees DO NOT WEAR MASKS!!! It is the LAW! The sign states you can not enter without a mask but none of the employees wear a mask! It is a risk to the customers. If they cough or sneeze on the products we buy then we are exposed! Management please fix this or the law will!

This place has a huge selection of product and the staff is great, especially Ahmad. He hooked us up!!! This will be our go to shop.

They have very good prices very good staff especially Kaylie and Ashley they are very warm and do their jobs very well Kaylie is always so sweet and always makes you feel welcomed would totally recommend best prices in town
