Harts and Flowers Florist

My son had an arrangement delivered to me on 5/16, forgetting that I was out of town. This florist took it back to their shop and redelivered it a week later. This is the 6th day for this arrangement and it is still in great condition! The only thing I’ve done is add water. Very pleased with the flowers and the service.

I live out of the state and sent my grandmother flowers for her birthday. They went over the top! They were absolutely beautiful, delivered the day I ordered them, and in perfect condition. She was so happy!

They completely understood the assignment!!!😍😍😍. It had completely slipped my mind about ordering a wrist corsage for my daughter’s prom. I called and they asked what color the dress was and you would have thought I had shown them a picture!!! IT WAS PERFECT!!!! I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs!! I have bought several arrangements to be sent to family members from Harts and Flowers Florist. The arrangements are BEAUTIFUL. The prices are fair and reasonable. It is nice having a Florist I can trust to order flowers for loved ones. Not living in the same state it makes it so much easier to have a business you can trust with your flower orders.

I called at 8:15am and spoke to the sweetest lady. She was so helpful and kind. I asked for a spring basket arrangement to be sent to my mom before 11am. Not only did they have it there on time, they delivered the most beautiful arrangement. I didn't expect it to be so big and beautiful!!! It was so fresh!!! You can't beat their work and price!!! I will DEFINITELY be sending more from Harts and Flowers!!!!

We live in North Carolina and contacted Harts and Flowers by phone. The lady I spoke with was wonderful and so helpful. I was sending flowers to a good friend who had lost his mother. The flower arrangement was beautiful. I definitely recommend Harts and Flowers to anyone who wants beautiful flowers and outstanding customer service

Best local flower shop in Dothan. Went above and beyond. Had it ready on time (actually earlier because I said I wouldn't be there till 1:30 but ended up arriving around 12:30). They also helped carry it into my car and set up the flowers so it would not be damaged during transportation. I was even refunded (without asking) the delivery charge. I ordered online but put in the store's address as the ship to location since I didn't see a pickup in the store option on their website. The bouquet was gorgeous and very well made. You could tell they put love and care into it. Will definetly be using Harts and Flowers again as well as recommending them to friends that are looking for a great flower shop.

Great friendly staff. They genuinely care of the circumstances to which brings you in their door and are very mindful. The prices are unbeatable and the quality is excellent. I will be using them for all my floral needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love them!!! For the closest place for me (cottondale) it would have been close to 50$ for a corsage and boutonnière. Paid only 33$ for both and absolutely amazing quality!!!
