One of the workers named Steve was so helpful, I had came down on vacation and I came to visit my grandma but I couldn’t find her and it was about closing time and he offered to put the gifts that I got her at her grave and to clean her space and to show me where she was buried so for next time I got that I could see her. I’m so grateful for his kindness.

We have always used Shannon’s rose hill and will continue in the future. The level of care and professionalism went above and beyond. Exceeded all expectations ! Maria Villanueva, Ronald Boson, Omega Day and all the rest that assisted us were amazing !

I was very nervous about Pre-planning my funeral arrangements but after an initial meeting at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel & Cemetery and a 2nd and private meaning in my home, I made up my mind to purchase the plan that works for me. This means that my grieving family will not be burdened with the cost and arrangements of the obituary, a gathering of friends and relatives and a memorial program On-line for friends or relatives unable to attend. Plus, an additional small reception/ Repast for those who do attend. I believe that it’s Better to be “Pro Active” especially while I am alive.

My Mother, Father, Brother and Grandparents all rest at Shannon Rose Hill. Sunday is my dads' Birthday and I wasn't able to make the drive from Houston on Sunday to place flowers on his headstone. I sent an email to the funeral home asking that if I were to purchase flowers from them, could someone possibly take and lay them at my dads' grave. Before I knew it I received a call from Mr. Boson and he said he would be happy to help me out. You just don't know how much this meant to me. He went the extra step to send me pictures of the artificial flowers that were available. I picked out the ones I wanted. He asked for my information, looked it up and sent me confirmation that he had found my dads' information and plot. He took my payment and I was in Heaven, to know my dad would have flowers on his birthday by Sunday 6/13/21. Mr. Boson placed those flowers on my dads' grave this morning Thursday 6/10/21 and then sent me a picture of them. He went out of his way to make my day. My Heart is beaming and I'm smiling so much. Thank you Mr. Boson, you are a wonderful person. Thank you for making my day.

My friend and I visited Shannon Rose Hill to search for a few mid 1900 grave sites. We were greeted by several people. Omega Day was so so helpful in finding the information we sought. She took time to go through archives from long ago. It was fascinating and Omega knew a lot about the history of the cemetery. She made sure that we knew where the location of the graves would be. She was also very concerned that if we saw anything that was not up to par, we should let her know so she could fill out a maintenance request. Most of all and most impressive, Omega was so respectful of my friends relatives. They were part of my friends legacy and she treated them like they were the most important people ever to be buried in Shannon Rose Hill. I had planned on pre-arranging my husbands and my funeral/interment plans at a different cemetery. After my exceptional experience here, I will look forward to making those arrangements here. Thank you so much Omega for handling what might have seemed like an interruption in your day with such grace and kindness.

Ronald Boson made our mother's burial a positive experience. He was professional, pleasant, informative and very knowledgeable about the history of the cemetery, which I especially appreciated, having been raised in the area. And the 2 groundskeepers were also professional and very hard working. We asked to stay until the end, and they were accommodating and polite. After the inurnment, we weren't ready to leave - all 3 employees gave us all the time we needed. They showed us respect and understanding.

Maria and Ronald were absolutely wonderful! They made the entire process very easy for us and they were patient and kind. Both Maria and Ronald made sure my grandparents were comfortable and understood clearly what was going on through the whole process of planning my great grandmother’s funeral. A friend and I spent some time looking for our friend gravestone and we’re hesitant to ask for help. We finally headed to the main office 10 minutes before close time to ask someone for directions. The people were welcoming even right before closing hour. Daisy, the lady helping us out, was so friendly and managed to help us with directions. She also gave us a map and made sure we were taken care of. Really appreciate Daisys help!!!

The entire Shannon Rose Hill team handled my father's service with such dignity and professionalism, from making prearrangements beforehand all the way to the day of the funeral and burial. Luis, Maria, and Ronald were all very patient, answered our numerous questions, and had every detail perfectly arranged. Thank you for your sympathy and support during this difficult time!

Omega Montoya at Shannon’s Rose Hill is wonderful. I had purchased a bronze vase in 1988 and I come usually two to three times a year to freshen it up. Today it was upside down in the container and I couldn’t get it out. I called the office and Miss Omega offered a solution . On Monday when the cemetery staff workers are there, she will have them fix it and place the flowers for me. She placed the flowers in a vase in the office until Monday…that is customer service. I appreciate her help and kindness. Thank you again Omega!
